Kayla and Liz were totally a W and 100% very helpful. They both offered to clean our shoes. The difference was unimaginable. Highly recommend. Great selection of shoes and friendly staff.

Great service!!! Brendan was amazing. He listened to what we were looking for, and then helped us find the perfect shoe to alleviate my husband's back and knee pain! His knowledge of his inventory allowed him to suggest several shoes that he knew would help, giving us the opportunity to compare several styles and brands, until we found the right fit.
I would definitely recommend tradehome to anyone suffering from back and knee pain. Brendon will definitely be able to help you!

Kayla is an amazing young lady. She helped me with purchasing my new birks and helped me trouble shoot how to fix an existing pair, While also giving me some feedback on continued care for my several other pairs of birks. I’ve shopped at this store for over 15yrs and the atmosphere is awesome.Thanks to this new and vibrant young lady with a lot of ambition. Props to some of new additions to the styles as well. I will continue to do business with Kayla.

High quality brands that can be hard to find elsewhere. Full service, including sizing. Outstanding customer service. Wholly different customer experience from other "self service" shoe places, and so refreshing. Staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about their work.

Can’t say enough about this store.
Brenden went above & beyond on 2 separate occasions. 1st he took the time to measure my feet. Come to find out I actually had been buying a 1/2 size to big. After listening to my issues & trying multiple shoes I found what I needed. A couple weeks later my husband went in. Brenden put forth the same effort to find him the perfect fit.
It is refreshing to go where customer service is top notch & they are extremely knowledgeable.

The manager Virgil stayed with me for over 30min while I picked the right shoe and even suggested I try a pair of New Balance that were cheaper then the pair I was looking at. Amazing place, great selection and customer service is excellent. They also have the biggest hey dude, and hoka collection I have ever seen. The new airforce ones they have are unique. Check them out if you need anything.

I almost ordered shoes online because of the comments about employees not wearing masks, but I decided to go check it out because I'm much rather shop local. I was happily surprised that everyone was wearing masks and I got great customer service. You can go and feel safe; employees are wearing masks.
