I called on a Saturday and was able to drop my car off for a tire repair. Despite being booked for the day they got my car in and got the repair taken care of. I got excellent service and the process was very easy.

I should’ve trusted all the 1 star reviews with this place. First and last time here! $40 to inspect a tire that they couldn’t fix claiming “company policy” Complete rip-off! I went in to have a tire repaired as it had a visible nail sticking out of it. I asked them to look at my back tire as it was completely flat and I couldn’t find a nail. I was charged for 2 patches totally nearly $80. I pick up my car and they said “sorry we sprayed water on tire and couldn’t find a leak, but still have to charge you” ALSO they charge me $16 for a tire stem that they didn’t put on my car.

I have gone to tire barn since I was a teen and had a car. And I have to say it's probably the best place to get tires on your vehicle I have been to. They are very friendly at the service desk. BUT, Don't think about talking to the service people in the bays. I went to tire barn this past week and I guess I caught one of them while having a bad day, and I got nothing but attitude from him. So I returned the favor with my attitude. But I still recommend it for tires and alignment issues.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Paid for wheel alignment and paperwork was provided suggesting wheels were in alignment. When I received the car back, the steering column was crooked and the car tracks strongly to the left, definitely in worse alignment than prior to the appointment. This is the second time I’ve used the Champaign tire barn and the second major mistake that’s occurred.

Avoid this place at all costs. Scheduling an appointment is useless. I still sat here for over an hour before finally complaining and then they miraculously had time for me. As I sat here they tried the old bait and switch on a customer. I will be using Costco from now on.

Terrible customer service. Rude. I spent $1000 on tires and when I went back to have the torque checked the gal looked at me like I was nuts and was short with me, told me to pull up to bay one then walked away while I was still talking to her.The guy who worked in my tires was also a jerk.The day I bought the tires they put them on with the wrong side facing out. When I expressed discontent I was offered a 10% off coupon for a future service. I don’t get out of bed for 10%! So after waiting an hour and a half I had to wait another half hour for them to switch them around.On top of that- the women’s bathroom was so disgusting I couldn’t even use it. The toilet had black mold all around the waterline, the whole room looked as though it had NEVER been cleaned.This place sucks and I don’t know why they are still in business.

Do not bring your car here unless you want more problems and lies. Purchased 4 brand new tires- left the lot and my abs sensor is on. Took it back in they said nothing is wrong and they don’t mess with that. They said they could not do an alignment because of bad tie rods. Took it to another shop and they say the abs sensor needs to be replaced as it was pinched. And no tie rods needed to be replaced. Will not be coming back.

I called at 10 AM this morning to see if I needed An appointment and was told no that I could just walk right in. I showed up at 11 AM and was told that other people have appointments and I have to wait 2 hours before it would be done. So I ubered over to my store and waited for the call. At 3 PM they still hadn't called, so I called them and they told me I was the next one to go in the bay. I waited about 30 minutes and got a ride back over there and at 4 o'clock it was finally finished. Also, the woman who works the front counter seems to have an attitude (doesn't have time for you), not directed towards me just in general. When you call they should tell you you don't need an appointment, but it will definitely save you 4 hours of your life! SMH

The service is HORRIBLE. They treat you like your a piece of trash. Horrible, awful customer service. We walked in and I complimented the black gal on her nails. I previously had experience with her a couple years ago that was the same as today and hoped entering with an extra sweet demeanor and compliment would go well. My husband said he saw a coupon online for the tire check and free alignment check and she scouffed and said that is just a normal free thing here. She asked what's wrong, you need new tires? We said we wanted the check done. She stormed out of the building to our vehicle and came back with her huff still in place, telling us we need two new tires and looking the cost up, and her avail tire. We said we didn't want the new tires just the check. She works at the desk. I don't want someone who isn't out in the bay working on the vehicles to talk to me about what I need with my vehicle. She said unless we purchased two new tires they wouldn't do anything we asked. She then got the manager Brian who allows her to run the show throwing her big attitude around all while a car bay worker came in to get his nose in the mix and say his two cents. there was a girl there working who apologized to us for the treatment saying that the same lady had been mistreating her all day. She did her best to help but it ultimately was of no use. certain ppl there have the managers balls in a vice ... clearly. Brain (the manager) has become a big joke. I wouldn't go there ever. If you go don't be surprised when you're mistreated.

utter clown show in the front of the house. I've had more responsive customer service from an ATM. I should have known by the crudely handwritten signs informing paying customers DO NOT STAND IN FRONT OF DESK SIT DOWN UNTIL WE CALL YOU that this place struggled with common courtesy and human decency. The two employees presumably tasked with running the front desk had a long discussion about their nails, their hair, another customer being difficult, and the finer points of how one places a sensor on a tire, all while I waited for someone, anyone, to acknowledge my presence and add my work to their queue Fortunately I had had enough of that quickly and so I turned on a heel and left. As the door closed one of the desk creatures had the gall to say loudly to the poor hapless boomers waiting in the lobby "GUESS HE AINT NEED NUTTIN AFTER ALL". I am grateful that I didn't give them any money, precluding me from an experience similar to the disgruntled customers whose posted reviews I have now just readLOL nice try you will never see me again Tire Barn WarehouseETA: the response by this "business" to genuine reviews is always the same, entertain yourself and read a few. Immediate blame-shifting in a subliterate hostile voice. No you can not "get some additional details", I wasted enough time on this dumpster fire already. The seven minutes I wasted standing in the lobby is all that I need to know to never return to this clownshop. You don't answer the phone in the front of the house what on earth would possess someone to call the 800 number to waste more of their time? No one provided any "assistance" in the first place, so the prospect of anyone at this "business" offering "additional" assistance is hilarious. I laughed all the way to your competitor up the street where he said that you send him more customers than any advertisement ever could.

We were in the process of a cross country drive and ended up getting a flat tire just outside of Champaign, IL. The IL State Trooper that assisted us recommended the Tire Barn. We quickly contacted them to see if they could get us in to get the tire repaired. Not only did we receive excellent customer service. We were back on the road within 30-45 minutes of arriving. If you are ever in the area, I would highly recommend them. Great and speedy service!

7/17/23 final update: we got our full refund and have moved on. We will no longer use tire barn.7/7/23 UPDATE: 9 days later and we have no refund. Both Brian the technician and the very rude woman at the desk who refused to give her name have had conflicting info about how to get our money back. Brian has given a variety of inaccurate info regarding our refund process. We decided since its been 9 days (longer than the 5-7 business days but there was a holiday so we remained patient) we would call back. He said he failed to tell us he could only request a refund but not process the refund (not what he said before) and we had to call corporate. So after a 40 min hold with corporate we were told they just began processing our refund today and it would be 3-5 more business days starting monday 7/10/23. So we will continue to wait for our $800+ dollars and hopefully not waste anymore of our time in the process.Customer service is always AWFUL here. This morning was our last straw. We had been warned not to go there due to the bad service and even worse lack of customer service at the desk but regretfully gave it another try. After a long argument we requested a full refund and took our money to Norris Tire, got right in, and had a great experience.

If you care about the looks of your car or wheels at all I’d avoid this place. Instead of going to a dealership I decided to trust them with mounting tires on my brand new wheels that were delivered the previous day, that I paid a LOT of money for. They scratched them so bad on the inner barrel and the face as well. Long deep scratches and nicks everywhere on brand new wheels that I’m going to have to buy again because tire barn messed them up so badly. Basically I just wasted two grand having this shop mount the tires. Also one tire they mounted doesn’t even hold air like it’s not fully seated on the bead and weeps air between the tire and rim. Never again will I take my business here.

I just went in to get a TPMS out in one tire. I ended up having to buy a $245 tire so they would put in the sensor. And the front desk lady is just so mean. Unnecessarily mean. What's with the signs stating (do not stand at the counter"? Like.. isn't that a thing? Like I don't want to just keep sitting. And the ere should be NOTHING in front of the window ato the shop.. I want to see my vehicle.
