Said they will pay off your device if you switch from AT&T. I've seen no credit card virtual or in the mail. They farm this process out to another company. Just another scam! I will update if I ever see the card.

I would like to give 0 star if the system allows me to. The rep at this branch does not know anything they are taking about. Walked in only needing one pre paid number, convinced me to open a family plan that I don't need even though I told the rep explicitly that I'm an existing customer. Now I am paying for two more lines I don't use and no word about sim activation before I signed the contract?!! Bait and switch scam!!! They only care about their sales number, better call customer rep to confirm whatever they tell you

The staff in this location are beyond amazing, they’ve been so helpful and prompt to resolve any issue I have had with my service etc!! Michael Is my superstar expert technician. he’s so amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus that shining welcoming smile on his face!!, He never disappoints! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend T. Mobile to family and friends.

I have waited and been ignored for over 1 hour. One male employee just flirted for 30' with 2 female customers while keeping me waiting. As soon as the 2 females left, he clocked out! When I said I have been waiting for too long, he just told me to keep waiting for someone else to help me! Meanwhile, a bunch of employees congregated at the back of the store, while the few that worked were just taking ages to help technically challenged customers transfer their contacts. Meanwhile, anybody needing actual Tmobile help has to wait for hours. I've never been so ignored in my life.

I have been to this location 3 times in as many weeks to upgrade phones. The customer service team has been outstanding every time. They are able to manage long lines efficiently and with a smile. This store was the only store that was able to complete our upgrade correctly.Has off to this team!!!

This place is staffed with flippant, incompetent weirdos. I'm not sure that does much to differentiate it from other cell phone stores, however. They all kind of suck. I discovered something useful: It is not necessary to deal with places like this. Instead, I'm buying refurbished phones online (ie from backmarket.com) and purchasing service from Mint and StraightTalk. If you want to torture yourself, visit a T-Mobile retail location. If you'd rather avoid incompetence and stress, check out the options I mentioned above.
