Customer service at copy center was non existent. Asked several times for help. The two associates on site were too busy talking about bus routes to help me. If I could leave zero I would. Next time, I'll use and support the library.

Ms. Michelle is amazing! She re-sized, printed, and laminated photo boards for my mother's balloon release...at the last minute. She took me from panic to relaxation. The Staples quality was so much better than the Fed Ex Kinko's photo boards I had done at the same time. She has worked with my mom, brother, and others I know for years to ensure customer satisfaction!

Great customer service Matt & Chanice were so kind & helpful. Matt stayed with me the whole time in the store while I researched a computer monitor. At one time Matt took me to the store computer so we could compare side by side.

Very polite and helpful staff! Store design is a little wonky in terms of finding the checkout are, but other than that, a great place to shop.

It is impossible to order online and "Help" means "No help" online or over the phone. If they have what you want right there in the store, you can buy it. If it is something that is only sold on the web, forget it. You'll just go around in circles and then die.

I cannot believe that this store is open. All the other office supply stores have left town letting them corner the market. They cannot keep their coffee machines running, it is almost like a McDonald's ice cream machine. You can never go in and ask if all the machines are running they have an excuse why something can't be printed. This particular day I went in to get a booklet made and two people couldn't figure out how to do it, they was going to call RJ on his day off, whoever that is.

Michelle at the print and copy center is the best. She’s super knowledgeable, helpful, and knows exactly what she’s doing when it comes to printing complex designs. Highly recommend. She is a great employee that Staples should feel lucky to have.

Wow, literally the best service I’ve ever received at an office supply chain. Employees were incredibly friendly and eager to help. Honestly, I wish I would have gotten the names of the pair that helped us because they were awesome and deserve all of the praise! (A tall blonde guy with glasses in the desk & chair department, and a Black woman with glasses that we snagged down the USB aisle for help!) We just moved to Champaign from Texas, and they made an incredibly stressful moving process that much easier!

This Staples is great. Tim at the print center is so helpful and great at getting us high quality prints in a timely manner. He knows what he's doing and is always accommodating to our print needs.

Tech manager lost a laptop sale due to refusal to take no for an answer. Clearly staff makes money on upselling useless AV packages and other needless sales. I told him no once, he argued, I walked out and went elsewhere. Do not shop here .
