I can't share enough positive feedback for this location's print center. I was on a quick deadline for work to get a print made, and their staff were extremely helpful in getting me just what I needed in time. It was quick and seamless. Bravo, team!

I have used this store several times over a long period of time. It used to be clean, orderly, well-staffed and well-stocked. Those positives seem missing the past few visits. On my last visit the employee who was serving as the "Customer Service" rep was the antithesis of that title. After watching me stand at the desk where customer service has previously occurred and where the sign bears that designation, this clearly unhappy employee finally decided to tell me to move around through the check-out line despite the fact that he was working in the same station as was designated for customer service. He was rude and even other customers were amazed that he was unable to turn 90 degrees to take my return and required me to go through check out. The store seems very poorly staffed lately and the only portion that seems to be working and staffed by people who want to be there is the shipping/Amazon returns area. Those folks have been cheerful and efficient and very helpful. I do hear the regularly stated "staffing problems" excuse and have to wonder if perhaps those who work there are not being paid adequately. That solves any number of issues with staffing. In any event this store is not operating well.

I went to staples to print some memorial programs for a service. Sam at the printing counter was so professional and helpful! Thank you for your help. Will definitely come back for any printing needs.

Customer service at copy center was non existent. Asked several times for help. The two associates on site were too busy talking about bus routes to help me. If I could leave zero I would. Next time, I'll use and support the library.
