Quick yes, but PSI on tires was all checked ok, when in fact I had a slow leak and 1 tire was at least 5-8 lbs low.Didn’t fill washer fluid either.

I am not sure what is going on here, but I used to love coming here for an oil change. They even accept old oil.But I started to change my own oil on both the RAV4 and other car after they have misplaced my tire stem valve caps and over torque all my bolts.It was nearly impossible trying to losen the oil pan plug bolt, and they f'ed up the torque on the filter cartridge that I am now having to replace the cartridge cap since that oil drip port is now unremovable.It's 60-80 dollar oil changes, which should really cost around 30-40 dollars, that make this more of a headache than changing your own oil. I should not and will not pay an additional 30-40 dollars for some shotty labor.I am beginning to think that Speed Lube refers to more than just the oil changes they perform.

Came in for an oil change, got there close to closing time, so i would've understood if they sent me away. But instead they let me sit in their lot until closing time, then told me they wouldn't be able to get me in. If they had said that up front, I wouldn't have been mad.

Called to check if they carried the oil filter I needed. They said they do. Turns out they don't. One star because after wasting my time they blamed me and said I didn't tell them what kind of vehicle. He just didn't listen or bother to check, and assumed they did, then blamed me when he was wrongService: Oil change

Came in for an oil change, got there close to closing time, so i would've understood if they sent me away. But instead they let me sit in their lot for 20 minutes until closing time, then told me they wouldn't be able to get me in. If they had said that up front, I wouldn't have been mad.

I have had such a horrible experience with this business. I am truly aggravated and annoyed. I unfortunately had to have a unexpected surgery a week after I got an oil change at this establishment, which was totally out of my control. So whoever changed my oil did not attach the skid plate correctly and therefore when I had to go to my follow up appointment that I scheduled a month in advance, my skid plate fell off on my way to Springfield. I had to take time off from work and carve out time specifically in my schedule to go, but because of the fact that they were incompetent to attach my skid plate correctly I missed my appointment and therefore I had to call my insurance and obtain a towing truck because I did not feel safe driving my vehicle back home or to the appointment. This has caused a massive inconvenience in my life and now I don’t even know where I stand healthwise and on top of that I have to go back tomorrow morning to get the skid plate attached. I know that it was ordered earlier this week on a Tuesday, but I simply did not have time to go and get it done because I have other obligations like my health to take care of. The manager told me to come in anytime before 6pm so they could attach it so I came in today on a Friday 10 minutes until close and they told me to come back in the morning because they “take” their last car 10 minutes before 6 PM. At this point, they should’ve taken my car and attached the skid plate! They have caused a massive inconvenience to me and not only that they didn’t offer to refund me or go out of their way at least to get this done for me today. I know that I was there 10 minutes until 6pm but that doesn’t excuse the fact that they STILL had time to do it and could have definitely stayed afterwards to attach it. They inconvenienced me, I’m not inconveniencing them on a Friday. Anyways, I thought I would share my experience because I normally never write negative reviews only positive reviews because I truly believe in supporting businesses and writing great reviews if I’ve experienced something positive, but in this case, all I’ve experienced was negativity and I am extremely frustrated and I truly wish that they learn from this experience so they do not do this to other people because that would be a true shame.Service: Oil change

They were able to get Me in super fast. I give a 4-star because of the cigarette smoke that came into the waiting room.I have asthma along with many others, so smoking where the wind doesn't bring it in might be a thought.I appreciate the service and will go back.
