If Zero were an option this is exactly what I would rate them. There customer service is terrible. The manager at the call center was rude and condescending. She has no business talking to people with an issue. Something came up and I tried to cancel the order which is still 2.5 weeks from delivery and not even shipped. I was told I can not cancel all of the order again which I have not received. This is a terrible business practice and I will be escalating to higher management. This was also not disclosed at the time of purchase by the salesman. I will never do business with this company even again!For the record I have not received any of the items ordered there for the 100 night trial does not apply. I am not trying to exchange or return anything. I am trying to cancel an order within the first week. The delivery is still not scheduled for another 2.5 weeks. Be very careful and read all of the fine print and do not trust what the sales person is saying.

Bought a adjustable bed on November 11, 2021. 3 different times it was suppose to be delivered and got a email they couldn’t make it. It is now scheduled for March 23,2022. They seen the last of my business!! If I ever get this one!!!

The gentleman who sold us our bed was nice but told us MULTIPLE times we could return the bed within the time frame if we were not satisfied. We were never able to get the bed connected to our internet and when we tried to return the bed we were told we could return the mattress only but we would have to keep the base. This needs to be told to customers when purchasing the bed and asking if it can be returned. We were definitely duped.

Chasity was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable the whole time. She made sure we knew about everything and did not push when we were not interested. She still did her job with upselling when she could and backing off when it wasn’t for us. Great service!

My wife and I were helped by Randy and he went above and beyond for us. We laid down on every bed in the store, while laughing and sharing stories the whole time. He made solid suggestions and was able to answer all of our questions.

Sleep number is amazing ill never have another bed. Call and ask to make an appointment with Kaleb. He helped us find everything we needed, and our only complaint is that we took so long to go check them out.

Worst customer service. Ordered a new bed chamber and pump. They said they shipped it as 2nd Day Air. Actually, they shipped it UPS Ground. I ordered in on Friday. It come arrive It won't arrive for at least 11 days later. It takes them 3 to 5 business days to ship in out of their warehouse. 3 to 5 days. The customer service person promised me 2nd day guaranteed air. They simply lied. When I told the second customer service person that it was promised 2nd day guaranteed air, and I challenged her on it, she hung up on me. So unprofessional. Won't be ordering another bed form Sleep Number.
