My son is getting married and I had been searching for the perfect pair of shoes but had limited myself to trying on flats or very low heels with no straps due to injuries suffered years ago and metal plates and screws in my left ankle and foot. I was feeling so depressed and thinking I would have to settle for an ugly orthopedic old lady shoe when I was approached by Brandon who asked if I had found what I was looking for today. I told him sadly no and he asked if he could help. I explained my situation and he listened intently. He asked what color my dress was and what my limitations were and showed me a couple of shoes I had already tried on, and then he asked if I could wear a wedge heel. I told him I hadn’t tried because I didn’t know if I could and he brought back a shoe that I had thought was so pretty when I walked past it but didn’t think I could possibly wear it , because it was strappy. Much to my surprise, I put it on, and the straps fell perfectly in place where they didn’t hit any of the pins or the plate in my foot and ankle. I was so happy it brought me to tears! I haven’t had on a pretty shoe In years and all it took was this kind person to listen to me and encourage me to try this beautiful shoe on, and it completely completely changed my day. I couldn’t wait to text my future daughter-in-law to let her know that I found beautiful shoes because she knows that I was really struggling over this and thanks to Brandon and his willingness to listen and help me, I can feel great about my shoes and myself at the wedding. I told him how much I appreciated him going out of his way to help me because you just don’t find anyone like him these days. He’s a gem!

I was there a couple weeks ago with the family doing some school shopping,we have 3 kids and 2 adults. Everybody got a pair of shoes if not 2. I had got a pair of vans and the had gave me 2 right shoes one being my size 8 and the other not being my size 6. Well life is busy and we live an hour and half south so we don't get to come here oftenWent in today to get the correct shoes and the young man working the cou ter tries telling me it was fishy I had 2 right shoes. Rude as could be about it and very non professional about the situation. The guys names working today was Troy and Keith.

I just saw a pair of shoes I wanted(they were on clearance)I came back latter and got them.Ive gotten other shoes from this place and I'm still wearing them because the quality is good.

The place is nice but just be careful with the quality of the item you buy. I got some shoes (Ashford Hayes) and they are falling apart after 1 week of use.

The customer service is great and they have every shoe possible and if they don't they'll order it for you and you can pay for it right there it's amazing and then it just gets shipped to your house

This isn't about this specific store but because this is the location I had to go to its best I leave it for this location. I placed an order online, got my shoes fairly quickly, only to see that THEY sent me 2 right shoes. I was able to get in touch with someone quickly thru EMAIL not on the phone. In turn they told me they would send the left shoe to the closest location to me, which was 40 minutes away. I found this very inconsiderate that I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way for a mistake that they made. They could have very easily sent a pre paid package for me to return the other shoe.
