Love shopping here and majority of the staff are very helpful when ur makeup/skin needs and non judgmental place if your new to makeup or shopping with a budget! Shout out to Yas and Scott , they are wonderful !

I went in there yesterday looking for a whole new makeup regimen and the staff was so incredibly helpful. I have social anxiety and was very worried about asking for help, but the workers made me feel at ease and didn't make me feel judged. I got a shade match using that scanner thing they have and it was so easy. All the products they recommended were great. They really helped me to find confidence in my makeup routine again. Everyone from the workers on the floor to the cashier was so delightful towards me. The manager guy with the white hair deserves a raise, he is always in there working hard and making sure the customers get the help they need. Thank you Sephora.

I came into Sephora needing a whole makeup regime from start to finish. We even drove an hour just to visit this particular store because I am pretty much make-up illiterate :) Bethany was so wonderful to work with. She recommended fantastic products and even wrote down the order in which to use them. I got home and was comfortable doing it myself. Thank you to Bethany for making me feel more comfortable in my skin as it ages.

I can't comfortably go into this store. One of the last times I was in, I was swatching the Estée Lauder double wear foundation and was asked if I needed help. The employee put the fairest shade that was stocked at the time on my cheek near my eyes, but very little of it and sheered out in an uneven layer. This made no sense, as this is a foundation most people use for full coverage. But, I am quite fair skinned and I listened to employee's recommendation.However, when I took it home it was the worst match once actually applied. Way too light, didn't match my neck (probably since applied to my top of cheeks, nowhere near my neck), and not wearable.When I am in I don't feel like anyone takes time when helping me with color matching. I am often given the lightest shade and told it's my match. Most times, there is not a color light enough for me so this is difficult too. Or the undertone is way off. I would rather be told that no shade in the product matches me vs sent with something that they think is close enough. So I don't go here for base makeup anymore. I only go in if I can't wait for something to come in the mail. And I leave quickly if I don't see what I was looking for stocked.

They only soaked my nails for 30 seconds before working on them. She seemed rushed during the entire manicure. For the price, it didn't seem worth it.

staff member gave me unsolicited skincare "advice". in other words she started telling me all about what was wrong with my skin, and interrogating me about my skincare routine, then telling me how wrong it was, when i was just there to get a bronzer. she made me uncomfortable and i think if i wanted skincare advice i'd go to a dermatologist not someone at sephora who is trying to boost their sales. another staff member treated me like i was stupid for not knowing much about makeup. she would just give me blank stares when i asked her questions. she did not seem happy to be helping me and i felt like a burden to her. the concealer she tried to sell me was the worst-smelling product in the store and way too light of a shade for me.

I stopped in with my brother to use a gift card that was burning a hole in my pocket. The store was so amazing. I spent a long time in there because I couldn't decide on which things to buy. The staff greeted us when we arrived. They were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this store.
