I worked there and white men are discriminated against. They are put at the exit/entrance door while lazy black men/women get to do the better jobs. I'll take a polygraph to prove this, they refuse to train a white male at the service desk, but any female, especially black, gets days of training there. To pick up trash when maintenance is short handed, it's a white man doing it, even though both are available. Overweight black women standing around stuffing their faces with food is what you get.

Fine store great staff so why the one star. I called 3x to customer service 45 minutes, disconnected or hung up on each time. So i called the store no answer. Customer service is awful.Im cancelling my membership and rejoining Costa. All of this because of a half empty Container of yogurt. If you need someone to tell you theyre sorry or to thank you for your patience call this useless number.

I love Sams. You can get all sorts of food items, clothing, kitchen appliances and many other random things.

I've been a member of Sam's and Costco, and Sam's wins hands down. Prices, selection, store brand quality, customer service, and layout of store.

love there sales... Sam's has more of what my family uses.. I just wish they had more samples of items especially new items whether it's produce, freezer items especially bakery items... I'm all for trying new things at the bulk prices sometimes I don't

Shout out to Tiffany and Heather at the member services desk. I had a complicated transaction and there were phones ringing off the hook and people needing returns and assistance. These two are getting it all done without a hint of frustration. Kudos, ladies.

I love this place. They have great deals on produce. I usually buy ready made bagged salads at Wal Mart but I buy them here for $1 cheaper. It adds up since I eat them almost daily. Always clean, always friendly.

8/5/20. Gas lines are messed up and have been for over 2 hours of which I am aware. Gas lanes are not closed. Taking 35 minutes for 7 gallons. Mgt notified but not concerned.

Had the absolute most horrible customer service experience at Champaign Sam's Club. I joined online and went to the in-store service desk. The employee didn't know how to answer my questions and made no effort in helping me find answers. Instead, she was very rude and dismissive. Extremely disappointed with my first experience and would certainly cancel my membership if I could get a refund.

Nice club, a little dark. The pharmacy staff us outstanding and can't be beat. Bought our first glasses from Sam's here and very satisfied. The club is looking a little dated and with Costco coming to town it will have to step up it's game.

This is our local Sams club. It is clean and pretty well stocked. It's a bit frustrating though when you walk in and they've totally rearranged the store. It's not just Sams that does this, but it's frustrating when all retailers do this. At least make a couple of signs or something. I do really like the Sams club app for my phone. Scan and go makes the check out lanes and the wait for those less frustrating.

Some serious customer service training would be in order for their customer service department, one person in particular, Susan. Sorry to say, she is just an unfriendly person. It seems people are a bother to her when she helps you. She doesn't say hello even though I said hello to her or thank you/you're welcome when I said thank you at the end. Sorry I was such a bother. I was told to go to the desk with my two items because I had forgotten my Sam's card and that they would also ring up my two items while there. Susan tells me that they don't do that and she didn't know why they said that. I pointed out the person who said it, who I'm assuming is a manager since she had a green vest while others had blue. She begrudgingly rang my two items up and handed me my receipt. Nothing said after that. And I was the ONLY person in line.
