I worked there and white men are discriminated against. They are put at the exit/entrance door while lazy black men/women get to do the better jobs. I'll take a polygraph to prove this, they refuse to train a white male at the service desk, but any female, especially black, gets days of training there. To pick up trash when maintenance is short handed, it's a white man doing it, even though both are available. Overweight black women standing around stuffing their faces with food is what you get.

Fine store great staff so why the one star. I called 3x to customer service 45 minutes, disconnected or hung up on each time. So i called the store no answer. Customer service is awful. Im cancelling my membership and rejoining Costa. All of this because of a half empty Container of yogurt. If you need someone to tell you theyre sorry or to thank you for your patience call this useless number.

I've been a member of Sam's and Costco, and Sam's wins hands down. Prices, selection, store brand quality, customer service, and layout of store.

Shout out to Tiffany and Heather at the member services desk. I had a complicated transaction and there were phones ringing off the hook and people needing returns and assistance. These two are getting it all done without a hint of frustration. Kudos, ladies.

I love this place. They have great deals on produce. I usually buy ready made bagged salads at Wal Mart but I buy them here for $1 cheaper. It adds up since I eat them almost daily. Always clean, always friendly.

I have shopped at Sam's Club for over 20 years. I am retired disabled firefighter so now I mostly get fruit, vegetables & meat. Most days I can live with the check out process in which you purchase your items then wait to be scanned out of the store. Yesterday was an exception to that rule. It was a busy day, lots of people either shopping for their business or huge family affairs. There was an exceptionally slow scanner and by the time I paid the line had grown. Six huge flatbeds in front of me, about fifteen carts behind me. I had waited over twenty minutes in line with only one item. By the time I made it to 3rd in line, two women with huge carts full of groceries pushed their carts out of the checkout area and directly in front of me. Pushing the guy in front out of the way to get their carts in. I walked up to them & explained the line to get scanned was back there . They needed to wait their turn like the rest of us. One said" Oh no, I already paid for my groceries. " I pointed to the guy scanning at the door & said she must have her items scanned before she left. She then took her cart and pushed all the other people in line out of her way & started to hand the scanner her receipt to be scanned. I explained to the scanner person she had not waited in line like the rest of the 18 people behind me, instead pushed her way to the front. She started yelling at me in broken English. It got ugly! Now, I am mad at myself for being in pain & letting this woman get to me. I more mad at Sam's Club for allowing this situation to happen. The policy of having business flatbed carts and huge family groceries with little kids running around without supervision crying or yelling is hard to deal with when you are standing in line with just a few items. No offense to families, I was there once. My issue is with as many employees as Sam's Club has why was a second scanner & a floor supervisor not brought in to manage the crowd of people waiting? Secondarily, why does Sam's Club not break down the commercial size customers from the less than 10 to 20 items people? In watching the line, at least 10 customers were like me, less than ten items. I am also extremely upset that the Sam's employee allowed these two healthy young women to bang into other people's carts to push their way to be the first in line to scan their items to check out. Then let them do so after being told what they had done. Thus rewarding their privileged unethical behavior and showing how little customer loyalty matters. Thus, any of those people that patiently waited for about a 1/2 hour (which is crazy to begin with) has now seen Sam's organizational skills are bad, bad, bad. Why wait in line when you can just push your way to the front? I guess after 20 years, it is time to go check out the new organization like Sam's Club that was just built. This experienced ruined my day. I body hurt from standing in line twice. Once to buy my items, them a second time to get my one item receipt scanned. I was in the store for over an hour for a set of peanut butter! I was insulted and cheated by a customer that received great customer service she did not deserve. All in all Sam's Clubs management deserve an F rating for this experience. As big as they are, the scanning process is out dated and causes issues daily.

Purchased new tires..excellent customer service. Only complaint, no seating area for customers. I was told it could take up to 1.5 hrs. Luckily, I had items to purchase. Still finished with 45min possible wait time. Had to improvise and hang out in an outdoor furniture display. Smh

Had the absolute most horrible customer service experience at Champaign Sam's Club. I joined online and went to the in-store service desk. The employee didn't know how to answer my questions and made no effort in helping me find answers. Instead, she was very rude and dismissive. Extremely disappointed with my first experience and would certainly cancel my membership if I could get a refund.

Nice club, a little dark. The pharmacy staff us outstanding and can't be beat. Bought our first glasses from Sam's here and very satisfied. The club is looking a little dated and with Costco coming to town it will have to step up it's game.
