We've been coming here almost daily since 2017, as well as making regular donations since we live in the area. It rubbed me the wrong way when a new employee told my husband he wasn't allowed to bring in his bookbag when we've always been allowed to do this and have never been told otherwise. It upsets me that others who had satchels/bags were not bothered at all, just us, so I don't think it's a new rule. Her wording was polite but the subtext and tone were very terse. My husband was wearing his worn working gear, and we are both disabled, but I don't feel good about being singled out like that, it just makes me sad. We will no longer be shopping or donating to salt and light anymore.

I was absolutely stunned by the quality of items, prices, and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I got a beautiful end table for $30 from a brand name "Heritage" (pictured with white hydrangea flowers barely any marks on it basically like new!) and 2 matching night stands also from a brand name "Broyhill" with barely a mark on them for $20 dollars each! Night stands are pictured with the lamp or mirror on them. Drawers on all three are huge, CLEAN, and slide like new. For 70 bucks I am stunned by the condition of the items. Very nice, heavy, and quality pieces that are in like new condition. Also the staff..... OMG they go above and beyond. So friendly and helpful. They were loading up the pieces in my car for me I didn't even ask for help! Those girls were hustling the whole time I was there unloading items. I could have done it myself and they were busy but helped me anyway. Seems like you don't get service like that in fancy places anymore much less a thrift store. I will definitely be back. The staff, and the quality and condition of their items is great. This place cannot be beat. Since it is a thrift store you just have to come frequently when your in the market for something (I just moved here 2 days ago and have nothing) because they never know what they will get in. I don't know who is running the place and hiring but they are doing a wonderful job!

One star is too many. They will answer the phone. The store has a very bad smell the clothes don't bother. I will buy new. Other thrift stores put this one to shame

Just so so. Been in a few times. Go by ebay to decide what things are worth. Overpriced and not the cleanest. The staff have just been ok. Not helpful or welcoming just ok.

Definitely over priced. Just like Karma trade stealing away from those who should be able to afford used clothes. Good will is even cheaper. Food is very much overly priced.

Overly priced on clothes and food is even taxed higher. Maybe find some cheap stuff for home/furniture but that’s about it.

Great thrift store. I love going here not because of the prices but because the staff are very friendly and helps you in every possible way. If you are going to donate your stuff, I reccomend this place.
