The entire process from start to finish was impressive. Ginny and the staff of Rogards really made us feel important. Our selection is durable, comfortable and colorful and we are super pleased with the office furniture.

They always go above and beyond. Rogards associates are helpful, pleasant, not pushy. If they are out of an item they will help me by finding a substitute for the item. They also help me with our past ordering history.

I appreciate the fantastic customer service our civil engineering office receives from Rogards. Rare mistakes are easily and quickly corrected, and they go out of their way to help us order just the right products, according to our specialized needs. And a review would not be complete without mentioning Joey's excellent delivery service. Again, he goes out of his way to put heavy paper boxes and supplies where we need them, always with a big smile and a kind word!

We had some chairs under warranty and we called and emailed to get them serviced. They were out the the same week to look at and and pick up the chairs. Kory was very friendly, helpful and courteous! He went above and beyond checking on other chairs in the office! He returned the one chair wrapped in plastic, fixed and cleaned to where it looked brand new! He changed the wheels as well, and we didn't even ask him to! He said he had the parts and it looked like they needed replaced! He then took another chair to fix and explained everything so thoroughly! It is great to see there is still great customer care out there! Highly recommend Rogards! Thank you again to all the staff, but especially Kory for going above and beyond!!

Our company ordered two bookcases from Rogards and were immensely satisfied with the products, process, and customer service. We had considered slightly cheaper ones from Amazon, Walmart, and other online vendors but we were interested in supporting a local company. This was the best decision overall as the product is very solidly built (holds heavy equipment manuals), and it came mostly preassembled. Plus, our delivery experience was top-notch. The delivery driver offloaded with a dolly, carefully maneuvered this large piece to the right office, then also offered to remove all the packaging and put it in the corner where we wanted it. Thanks, Rogards!

I think the last few reviews have to be from staffers within Rogards, because my experience was the exact opposite of theirs. I don't know what has happened over the years, but the Rogards of 2022 is not the Rogards of exceptional service past. It's sad to see a local business decline as rapidly as Rogards has, but I guess that's what happens when knowledgable staff are replaced by those who have little product knowledge. I WANT to buy local and support my local community, but I can't when a business doesn't take the time to get things right.

Wonderful service and friendly, helpful employees. I believe Eric is our delivery person and he is so helpful and courteous. He goes above and beyond to give us good service. We recently had to order a special paper product and they delivered the very next day! Thank you Rogards!!

Overall, Rogards is an ok place to order from. But unfortunately, there staff is not the greatest. I experienced a very rude awakening when I first called to make my order. I did end up ordering through Rogards and everything went fine. When they sent a salesman out to see me, I was treated as like I dont know nothing and that I should take his advice. The staff at Rogards should definitely learn some respect for their customers. Overall, the order and supplies were fine but if you don't want to be treated rude like I was, I highly advise staying away from Rogards.

I guess my experience was drastically different from some of the latest "reviews." But if I had to do it all again, I certainly wouldn't go through Rogards. I found their team lacking basic product knowledge and their customer service inferior to other local companies. I used to buy quite a bit from Rogards back in the day, but I doubt I'll be doing much business with them going forward. The Rogards of two or three years ago was much better than the Rogards of the present day and time!

I am sad to inform that I will no longer be ordering from Rogards. My last three orders have not been good. I have been a customer of Rogards for two years, but unfortunately they are no longer the same Rogards. I was first astonished at by how rude the people are that work at Rogards. I was treated as like I wasn't as "superior" as they are. When I did eventually receive my order, I did not receive everything that I had ordered. I tried to reach out to Rogards, but I never heard a response. As a business owner myself, this is not how you treat your customers.
