Currently at 905 E John, previously was at 905 S 2nd, this is my third year with Ramshaw Realty.. If your building is new/ has little problems you're in luck, if not then too bad. When moving in to my new place the apartment was dirty, had broken glass, and later had several leaking/mold problems that have still not been addressed 2 weeks later. I would be sure to be thorough when at showings with Ramshaw and be prepared to play the waiting game when something goes wrong. The service is not consistent within this business. (2.5 stars)

Maintenance is Awesome!! Tim did an excellent job fixing the Bathroom ceiling. It looks better now than when I moved in.

Everything is okay but i dont like the fact that you gonna put money in the washing and drying machine before you will be able to wash
Also i dont like the fact that the other roommates left their things here in the apartment when leaving for home
Every locker in the kitchen is occupied by their things or belongings which is bad because we also dont have access to any of these lockers to pack our things and none of them is even around yet to confront

problems for room C, broken legs for the chair, heater vent door in the closet is broken, no handle for the drawer.

The apartment is refurbished for us. It feels new although the building is very old. We have several maintenance issues. Couple of them were promptly reaolved. I assume others are taking time because they are busy. However, disappointed because I called them multiple times, but no answer.

I just moved into my apartment and did notice several maintenance issues which I wanted addressed. So I submitted all of the requests and within 2 days all has been resolved. I was extremely impressed with the maintenance service!

My stay at the Ramshaw real estate was a nice experience, with space in bedrooms and living room, kitchen and bathroom. The Internet was excellent. Will stay in the future and recommend the same to others.

Very poor upkeep of apartments. They did not spray for bugs as often as my lease said they would. They did not complete a maintenance request I made at the start of my stay with them in the entire year. Do not rent from this company if you have another option

Very happy with our rental. Solidly built, well insulated, and in a well kept family community. Rental process was easy and professionally handled. Maintenance request was handled quickly.
