Very clean hotel. We love that it is pet friendly. Very nice front desk staff. Beds are very comfortable. Had a good breakfast. Waffles, eggs, toast, link sausages, pastries, coffee and several different juices. Many restaurants in the area, also a big mall. Recommend this hotel.

This isn't the Radisson, but the rooms are soundproof (I know this due to the young men basketball team that were also patrons), and the beds are comfortable. The continental breakfast was shut down an hour earlier than stated in the welcome packet for the weekend times. The pool is nice.

The crew was excellent with answers & services in a jiffy! I would always recommend checking your room for pests as there were two in the hotel. Besides, the pool was a delight and the continental breakfast was tasty.Rooms: The two queen bedroom was lovely, cozy, and, spacious. Only warning is for bed bugs from previous arrivals or from the vicinity. I was bit many times by a bedbug and am doing fine just unaware of bedding.Nearby activities: There are soooo many great places around whether parlors, museums, outings, restaurants, salons, and many more in the vicinity.Safety: Very safe place to locate for a day or more with health risks & an unguarded swimming poolWalkability: There is enough space in the area to walk around just for the relaxation, however, stores & places are a bit of a walk from the innFood & drinks: The continental breakfast was hit and tasty with links, eggs, waffle-making, and cereal/fruits.

Found long black hair in bath tub....not cleaned from previous stay. A deposit was charged to our card in case of damages....we found reported and documented, damages we found in room.

From the road, you wouldn’t think that this was a good facility. But it was in actuality a GREAT and quiet stay. Very nice clean rooms, great staff at check in (David was great and super professional!), and very affordable rates. I will definitely be back when in the area. (Traveler tip: book a room in the back of the hotel to avoid any road/highway noise. You’ll be glad you did.)

Cheap price. Comfortable room and bed. Nice staff who are helpful. Breakfast okay. The pool was nice. I would return. I stayed five nights. The microwave and refrigerator were nice.

my room was quite good, the bed was fine. The one with the breakfast buffet wasn't good and mostly almost empty, although almost nobody slept in the hotel on weekends, for example. Also that the orange juice is only refilled after demand is not good. Every day the hotel also had a different

The hotel itself is ok. The rooms and lobby were fairly clean, if outdated. What was excellent was the customer service I received from David. There were issues with my rooms ahead of check-in and David assured me that he would help solve the problem. He was incredibly helpful and delivered on his promise. I am so grateful for the attention he gave to ensuring we had a positive experience upon check-in in.
