They like to take advantage of minors & steal money (knowingly charging a card more than once) when asked about a refund was told it was a “me problem”

Incredibly rude staff, I work in customer service so I understand to a certain extent but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a clothing store.

They don’t answer the phone EVER.. an over 2 weeks ago I did an online order an it was returned an still I have not got my money back… worst store ever lazy employees
