Tyler was extremely professional, and very helpful. He ordered a tire for me and got it mounted and balanced the same day for a fair price.
I was so impressed with how the initial transaction went that I called to speak with Tyler again to get a quote on 3 more tires.
Unfortunately Tyler was not available, but a lady did call me back with a price in about 10 minutes. I thought about it overnight, and called the next day to get a quote on a full set of better tires than the initial tire I had purchased the previous day.
I advised the lady on the phone what I was looking for, and she said hold on let me get you a price. I held for 33 minutes before someone picked up the phone and hung up.
I immediately called back and explained that I was just on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for a quote and someone had just hung up on me.
She advised that she could get me a price. I asked if Tyler was available that I would like to deal with him if possible.
She advised that he was in the shop, and that I could hold for him. I agreed that I would hold for Tyler at which point I was hung up on again.
It's obvious that this place is busy, and losing a few customers here and there isn't going to be there demise, however in time the loss of enough customers can start to hurt their bottom line.
I would have recommended this company to everyone I know until today. Now my recommendation would be if you can deal with Tyler you're good to go. If not go elsewhere.

I have used Norris tire for the last 12 years and have experienced good service. I have referred our clients and a lot of customers to them. Recently we had a car break down so we used our insurance to tow to their shop and they diagnosed that we need a new engine. We were trying to decide if it was too much to fix given it was an older car. Without letting us know they towed it off their lot and last week we learned that we are stuck with a $1500 bill with Tatman’s Towing. You need to communicate with your customers. We will never use Norris again or refer people to their shop.
