I had a complicated issue regarding a business account. I called every bank in Springfield and no one cared at all. I found Cathy and she acted quickly, took care of me, and set me up for the future! Thanks so much Cathy!!

Branch has new hours. Lobby 9-5 M-F and the drive up opens at 8:30 everyday. New management and bankers has made the branch feel more welcoming and inviting. Would definitely recommend to everyone in the Champaign community.
