I've been doing the on-line order pickup for a while. Weekly actually, which was fine until recently. A young unmotivated female who answers the phone and brings your order to your vehicle is completely worthless. Which is fine just quit if it kills you so much to have to work like grown-ups. Now I've complained twice now and she is still there, barley hanging on,,...to lazy to even barley speak on the phone,...walks soo slow it's almost backwards and is the opposite of friendly. The first time I complained this "barley able to get by worker" told me my order would be right out and it took an hour, while I watched her slowly take other orders out. Has anyone told her at work, well you have to work? I know this i'm sure will make her go slower but she is paid by the hour not the amount of barley work she does. You should probably hire more like her, no work will ever get done and maybe you will close. smh

Visiting from the Northeast, I had no idea how big this store was going to be. Although I expected it to be large like a Wegmans, it was probably twice that size and closer to the size of a Walmart Supercenter. Unlike Walmart, they have a bakery, butcher, etc. on site. The huge size made it difficult to find what I needed in the store as everything was very spread out. Luckily, I was able to find most of what I needed. The biggest problem was that not only was there a shortage of cashiers, but at self-checkout, there was a long line.
