An͏ Excellent and Stress Free Experience. I began looking to purchase my first home just recently and went into it not knowing what to expect. Max guided me through the entire process from browsing potential homes all the way to closing, and along the way he responded to all of my questions and emails in an extremely quick and descriptive manner.We viewed approximately 5 homes and in each one he had intricate knowledge of the neighborhood, the history of the home, potential work that may be needed, as well as thinking through future improvements I may want to do on the property.I truly believe that trusting and using Max as my realtor is the reason I now sit in a fairly priced and beautiful home. Old͏ House Got the Right BuyerWe knew when we started that we needed to find the right kind of buyer for our 1894 Queen Anne Victorian, and that it stood apart from the typical market trends and inventory. When the right buyer showed up, we worked together to make sure we were selling the house and not attached to projections about how the evolution of the house and my stewardship should determine a particular outcome. I just received a spam text from this “realtor”. What an unprofessional approach! No…I don’t want to sell my home and I don’t appreciate getting an unsolicited text. If this office engages in unethical marketing, I question the ethics of the office as a whole.
