My family and I contacted Mark to move to central Illinois from Indiana, Mark was incredibly patient, responsive and proactive in helping us get moved before school started for our two daughters! He listened to what we were looking for and he jumped right in looking for properties that would work for us, he checked covenants and restrictions of subdivisions, and offered suggestions we had not even considered! He spent time on the phone with us to go over our inspection over the Fourth of July holiday even! We very much appreciated his knowledge of the area and the real estate transaction! This isn’t the first home my husband and I have purchased in our many years together, and Mark has been the best realtor we’ve worked with. He ticked off all the points for the perfect realtor from the beginning, patiently helping us decide what we want, then find a house that fulfilled our unusual requirements.Then, when I fell and broke my arm (very badly) only days before we were scheduled to sign the final papers, he went above and beyond all those requirements to make sure we’ll be able to move into our new home as planned. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
