I had a fantastic experience shopping in this store. It is very clean, there are changing rooms available, and the selection of clothes/brands is outstanding! I got some awesome pieces when I visited on Saturday.

Too bad their staff don't wear masks. Two staff were without masks today. This used to be a decent place but if they don't value their customers' health , then why bother shopping here?

The manager is rude. I had a question about a potential purchase and a simple question about the return policy that one of the employees couldn't answer. I felt rushed and was met with a dismissive attitude as if she could care less about my business.

First, the manager is incredibly unprofessional. She and another associate could not bother to stop their conversation about someones kid being taken by CPS while I was filling out my consignment paperwork (I couldn't believe my ears). Nonetheless, I stayed and stood in the store for 15 minutes putting my clothes on hangers. (i was not told this was a requirement prior to my appointment.). I brought 30 to 40 items from brands like Express, Levi's, Buckle, and some were from less popular European brands ( I recently lost over 50 pounds and am looking to over haul my wardrobe). I looked around the store to get an idea of what items they sell and I saw some low end items and an item with a hole so i thought i would have no issues selling at least some my items. Wrong... They took none of my items and the manger claimed they were too old. When I told her that some of my items were no more than 1 year old with the tags still on them she said they may have been overlooked because they have so many clothes to get to despite the fact that I waited 2 weeks to have my clothes looked at!Unless your items take less than 5 minutes to look through and you dont mind wasting your time being subjected to inconsistent buying practices don't bother. I had to drive 30 minutes out to Brellas Boutique were i was able to sell 21 items and they offered to donate the rest.Ill be going there from now on.Karen's closets was a huge waste of my time.

Hmmmm I'm on the fence with this place. While they have one of the best selections of CHICO'S clothing. I feel they're waaaay overpriced for used merchandise. I found a nice pair of brown slacks that I needed and I caved in and bought them..$15. For used merchandise??!! It seemed like every top or slacks I looked at, was priced at $15 +...

I brought about 15-20 items in and they were all name brand and like new. One of the pairs Alone of jeans was a pair of Miss Me jeans from the Buckle that I never wore because they didn’t fit but I had lost the receipt. Those were $110 new. And that was just one of the items. The rest were Nike, adidas and under armor work our clothes and some nice shirts from the buckle, Loft, express, etc. I brought it in for the quick buy where they give you money right then and then sell the clothes. Not as consignment. They offered me $35 dollars!!! It was probably $1000 worth of like new clothes. At Platos Closet, I’ve received $80 for 10 items before. They seriously are a ripoff and try to screw you over.
