The older gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful, and I ended up purchasing a suit from the store. However, when I went home later and looked up the suit I had bought on Google, I saw that I had overpaid by about $300 the average market rate for the same exact suit. Of course, this is partially my fault for not doing my research beforehand, but I would just advise anyone that this store likely will not be a cheap option. I'm okay with paying more to support local business, but I think paying essentially double the market price is a bit much. Further, when I received the suit, the hem on the pants was a bit lower than I would have liked. Again, I would advise anyone just to be sure that they draw the hem line at a length you like before it's tailored.

I'd highly recommend. The first suit I got there I came in at 4pm and told Gordon I needed it by 7:30am the next day if possible. He did better than that. I purchased the suit, he had it tailored, and personally delivered it to my office the same evening!

I came in at 3 pm looking for a suit for 2 pm the next day. I didn't realize there were no "rack ready" suites. Gordon was awesome. It is so worth it to go here. All suits are custom fitted and look like a million bucks. Staff are friendly and kind and prices are comparable to anywhere else. Forget Macy's off the rack go see Gordon and crew they will get you taken care of!

I did like this place and always want to support local business but they don't really know what they are doing. I went in to buy a wool suit and the salesman said they only sell worsted wool suits. Well he must have grabbed the only synthetic suit off the rack for me because that's what I got. I tried to contact them about it with no response. Long story short, I paid 500 bucks for a synthetic suit and specifically wanted wool. I was in a hurry and had the suit tailored before I realized it so I couldn't return it. It was partially my fault but if you go to their website (doesn't exist now) they say they sell all wool suits. Not the case, I can't see this place last very long.

Went in today to see if I could get some pants tailored. Customer service provided here is excellent. Gordon & Sam were very nice and pleasant to deal with. I recommend.

the place is to pricy the manager was watching me to closely felt uncomfortable the stuff i bought isn't worth 200 dollars unique brands though it is what it is i guess

The guy in there doesn't acknowledge customers as they enter the store. Did not feel welcome at all. Spend over $400 and couldn't be bothered with a "have a nice day"

I went in with a short notice to a funeral. I didn't have a lot of trousers and had heard several good reviews on this establishment. After walking in and being approached by the store manager (Gordon), I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great service, very attentive, and spent more than enough time helping me with my immediate needs. The prices are a tad steep, however, the service was great and I will go back and shop again!

Great service by Mr. Gordon Tracey my 1st time being in the store and I've lived in champaign for more than 20 years. I was looking for a fedora and found exactly what I was looking for a a reasonable price. Got into a long conversation with Gordon and he showed me around the store and talked to me about the business. If your in town or looking for a suit this is the place
