Jimmy John's now I guess is using door dash and it took an hour to get my sandwich. Hope they don't still have freaky fast signs still up.

Super disappointed. I tipped 25% with a single, simple request. I asked that the driver bring the bag up one set of stairs (12 steps) and set it down anywhere, I'd grab it from there. As an able bodied person, this takes somewhere between 2 and 2.5 seconds to accomplish. I tipped almost $10 on a $14 order and all for this small favor. Which, as one of Jimmy John's handicapped customers, really ends up being a GIANT favor! It's the difference between the 20 minutes of excruciating pain it's going to take me to go to the door (where they dropped the bag) and the negligible effort it would have taken the driver.Like I said, super disappointed.As for the sandwiches? I think maybe Jimmy John's has taken a hit from the economy (and COVID, maybe)? The meat was awfully sinew-y (gristle-y), and the bread didn't seem fresh.

I would recommend not ordering delivery from this location, rather go in person to a different one! I’ve ordered twice for one sandwich, both orders took 70-75 minutes, and one of them was delivered to the wrong address and I had to go hunting the neighborhood for it. There are several JJ locations nearby that have great service, worth the drive :)

It's clean. Respectful workers. Never packed. There's seating to dine-in. They do deliveries. They make accommodations if you don't want certain things on your sandwich or you want extras. Their bread is fresh. I love this place.Parking: There's handicapped ♿️ availableWheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs.

not freaky fast and employees are rude. I ordered my sandwich, and it has been "out for delivery" for almost an hour. when I tried to ask if everything was okay they cut me off and said "it will be with you shortly". this was 15 minutes ago and I'm .9 miles away charging my car

Sandwich was alright however the delivery service was terrible, the delivery guys tells my little sister “Next time tell your parents to leave a tip.” He states he delivers here all the time and never gets a tip which is a lie, we all tip when we can. Telling that to a 9 year old is unprofessional and I will not be ordering from here again.

Entered a delivery order for 11:45 am. The location of the Jimmy John’s is down the block from the delivery address. Not even a 2 min drive. It’s currently 12:08 pm and still haven’t received the order. Still paid tip. What’s going on???

I have ordered from here many times and each time, it’s taken about an hour and a half to deliver. Definitely not convenient when your lunch lasts 30min. & your 1 mile away from the store. :( #

Too slow for my order! I placed an order for my son before his meeting but when we got there , it was not ready for pick up and not even being prepared!More than 30 minutes for a regular sandwich is not acceptable! They did not even show emotion when I asked them about why the order was not being made. I will not go back to this place again.

Wondering when Jimmy John’s started charging a delivery fee and had door dashers take their deliveries? Food was as expected, but I was surprised to have a door dasher random person ringing my door bell! Asked to leave on porch as our family has the flu. All is well that ends well I suppose. Took almost 45 minutes, called at 1:36PM and live less than a mile from the shop. Could have slow walked my toddler there I feel like ?

Rude POS cashier. Literally would not look at you, And if you want to make a quick correction on a sandwich she just shrugged and typed really hard on the screen. Lol. No clue why there is hype about Jimmy John's. Jersey Mike's absolutely blows his place away.Oh and playing vulgar rap music with N words over and over. Nice
