Low prices, fair selection, no frills. Bring your own bag, and a quarter to unlock a shopping cart. It's a Kroger discount store, so you're getting Kroger house brand stuff.

Has all the basic American foods at discount prices that beat the major chains except maybe Aldi on some items. Many household items are also competitively priced. This is a great place to shop for anyone on a budget, or who just enjoys saving money! I'm pleased to see they seem to be adding more organic items of late as well. I particularly shop here for fresh produce, dairy products, and dry, canned, and bottled foods.

Aaron cashier was extremely rude to a customer. He Should be fired. A woman cut in line & when another customer said something about it he threatened to kick them out.

Love to shop there. Excellent seafood department, veggies, and fruits. Delicious teriyaki salmon burgers are just so good.

The last two times I went shopping at Ruler Foods, there were customers in the store who did not wear masks. At the cashier, they did not observe 6ft distance. I asked to talk with a manager, who was masked, and he said that wearing masks was not a law. Kroger has signs at the front door indicating that masks are required, but there is no enforcement. Do not go shopping to Kroger if you are concerned about being infected by COVID-19. I will not shop at Ruler Foods any more.

Did not like my experience at this grocery store. Poor selection, not enough cashiers so lines were longer than they needed to be, but worse was witnessing some patrons being loud and obnoxious, just acting trashy. They also don’t accept American Express. What grocery store in 2020 doesn’t accept a major credit card? The Valu Check was of much higher quality and better-mannered shoppers. It’s a shame it permanently closed. Will be going to County Market in the future!
