After three hours it still was not resolved, and although I was very anxious and frustrated, Malik was calm and professional through the entire process. I did finally get my number back and I just can’t stop thinking about how great Malik was during this entire situation, he was professional yet personable I’d give him 10 stars if I could.”

“The customer service I received from from Liz at the Champaign Tmobile was next level. I watched her clean the lent out of my phone so she could charge it for the data transfer and she gave me frequent updates while I waited.
