Ordered a turkey and Swiss cheese with green pepper and onions with mayo. I was told the only cheese they have is provolone. After a couple of times of asking me what I ordered , because they couldn't find it and unwrapping other sandwiches ,they decided to make a new one. He asked me what I wanted again and I repeated, turkey, lettuce, green peppers and onions. When I got home, no onions, no green peppers. Instead I had jalapeños which ruined the sandwich for me. The sandwich was very thin about maybe 1 inch thick. Doesn't look like a 9.00 sandwich.

As I’m sure you can see from the other reviews… JJ’s is a has-been company.In particular, Morgan Vaccari is a waste of space and in no way deserving of her position as customer support for such a massive corporation.Ineffective, incompetent, inept, and incapable.GET BETTER PEOPLE.

Sandwiches are ok, but the daily emails about some lame badge I can earn is a weak weak marketing campaign. I unsubscribed from the emails and deleted the app because they are so annoying.

VERY UPSET I HAVE A HOUSE FULL OF PEOPLE KIDS I AM BABYSITTING FOR A SLEEPOVER.TRIED ORDERING JIMMY JOHNS THEY REFUSED TO DELIVER BECAUSE MY PLACE IS NOT WITHIN A RADIUS EVEN THOUGH I AM 5 MINUTES AWAY.DYLAN OR DILLION AN ASSOCIATE THERE AT THE JIMMY JOHNS IN SPEEDWAY, IN ZIPCODE 46224, REFUSED TO EVEN THINK CUSTOMER SERVICE-WISE AND TRY TO ACCOMMODATE THE SITUATION. ENDED UP DOOR-DASHING SUBWAY.WHY EVEN SAY FREAKY FAST WHEN YOU HAVE A ZONING AREA SMMFH. JUST KNOW CLAREMONT AND EAGLE CREEK ARE ALL WITHIN THE RADIUS OF 4-6 MINUTES OF JIMMY JOHNS THAT IS ON CRAWFORDSVILLE RD IN SPEEDWAY IN. IF YOU CAN DELIVER TO THE CORPORATE ACCOUNTS THAT ARE RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE APARTMENTS YOU SHOULD OPEN YOUR RADIUS TO DELIVERY TO OUR APARTMENTS ALSO BECAUSE THIS WAS SUCH A RIDICULOUS STATEMENT MADE BY THAT ASSOCIATE.WHO TOLD ME IF YOU CAN GET THE CORPORATE COMPANY OF JIMMY JOHNS TO OPEN THE RADIUS TO YOUR AREA ONLY THEN WILL I DELIVER TO YOU.

I have not received my paycheck from them I called the job this afternoon and the manager name is Nate and I asked him when would I get paid from him from the job and he got to tell me that he mailed my paycheck off to HR and he don’t know when will it be received and I believe it’s already been two weeks already and he did not contact me to let me know to come pick up any paycheck that belongs to me that’s in my name

Every Friday I enjoy lunch with my husband. His request for lunch was Jimmy John's @(LOCATION #2078)(ADDRESS 10260 COORS BYPASS NM). So I purchased 2 different sandwiches and we noticed under the wrapper, that there were a bunch of deep indented finger prints in the bread.And we showed his co-workers, and there reply was geez/really.We were kinda upset that such force to prepare food.I noticed sandwich crafters are always working hard,and showed some rudeness to me after I asked for mustard, and mayo.The guy rudely asked me how many? In our opinion they should take care and consider,appearance is important. We had to cut off the very deep finger prints in the bread. How would you feel if you received your paid lunch looked like this? We enjoy the bread,its one of the reasons why we buy from there.Its just not fair to loss some of your purchased price of $19.50 for 2 sandwiches with indented finger prints all over both sandwiches on the bread. Not very appitizing.Maybe next time things would be different. Hopefully. And my purchase did not show up my app for rewards.please view actual photos of 2 different sandwiches provided.

I placed an order through their app over an hour ago and still nothing. The notification said my food was out for delivery about 45 minutes after I placed the order....another 30 minutes....still not here. I called the location(9893 N Michigan Rd, Carmel IN) and she said "oh yeah all our orders are out so you should have it any minute." That was also about 20 minutes ago at this point. Didn't offer me a refund, a future free order coupon or any type of solution. Awesome customer service guys. Freaky fast? HAHAHAHAHA

Terrible my location closed on stadium so, the nearby locations will not deliver. I called all three location which are about 1 mile away. I called corporate office and she did not care. I will never go to jimmy John’s again. Lost my business forever. If one location closes you need to compensate for that closed location. Overall you are losing customers and sales. She did say sorry. Terrible customer service. Overall disappointed.

Do not eat at Jimmy Johns. The owner trophy hunts exotic African Animals such as Elephants Giraffes etc. It's really sad people support his company. I personally enjoy subway because I get what I want. I don't have to pay extra for pickles or eat thru 2 inches of bread and limited meats and vegetables. ?

Jimmy John's #6181286 W Main St, Lewisville, TXThis is the only Jimmy John's you will ever visit that will question you [the customer] on how to make your sandwich! God forbid you ask for extra hot peppers because you will be lectured by the staff on about consistency and how many you actually need or want. And after all that hullabaloo, they could not even make my sandwich correctly with the items I requested on it. Too distracted by consistency I guess! After bringing my concerns to management's attention, was told not to come back for my troubles. This franchisee is a disgrace to the fine work Mr. Jimmy John Liautaud has built and does a disservice to all other franchisees! The "How Do You Want It" offer this company advertises and was built upon is just not respected here. Go find another Jimmy John's who upholds the chain's fine traditions or a Firehouse subs or a Subway or just about anyone who appreciates their customers and the $$$ you spend!
