This company needs to value it's customers and employees more than it does. They do create some really awesome products.

Fantastic products at a great price. The Elite membership is really worth it. The site also has tons of information for new and experienced RC peoples.
I have purchase about 40 planes, and 3 radios, countless batteries and spare parts and have never had an issue.
