I’ve tried to come here to drop packages off several times and the hours change day-to-day, they’re never consistent. The last time I came the man told me they don’t open until 4pm over the phone, and the next time he told me they closed at 4pm. The hours online need to be updated and consistent.

I got a package delivered here( UPS Access Point) the cashier stated there wasn’t a package delivered but on UPS it stated that someone signed for it at that location and is awaiting for pickup from receiver( which is me). The package got took by someone in the store or a customer who came to the store. This place is not a good Access Point to send packages to( let along an electronic).

They are so rude. Lost my package after I dropped it off. Didn't even ship it.... Probably just sitting in the back somewhere with their d*** workers. Didn't even give me a receipt for my package either. If 0 stars was an option that's what I would give them.

I am the owner of 5 UPS Store and my customer package was redirected to this location. My customer went it twice to pick up and each time told they don't have it. When i called to inquire about it, the person working there told me that all they are is just a drop location and they don't look for package the customer has to come and look for themselves. I was far beyond flabbergasted by this response. So you want just anyone go to the back to look through several packages and assuming they got the right one, second i don't trust anyone going to the back of a business let alone a woman. I don't see how UPS let this place be an access point. Hopefully my complaint to UPS will make this place loss this access.

Worker was rude when told that I was picking up a package, he just laughed at me saying that I wasn't the person picking up the package. Like what??

i stopby at store when i was travelling by and it was awesome experience.. the owner D is very helpful & friendly.. the stuff in store are well maintained & floor and bathrooms is clean... i will go again in future.. thanks...

Well I love this place. The lady behind the counter showed me the ice cream. Checked if I was stealing anything (as she should be. I looked like a degenerate). The price on choco toco also great. I bought $300 in whisky from there once and they were helpful.

Lol I am lost of words for this place. For starters, there's always at least two homeless folks outside waiting to harass you as you pass up this place, and the convenience store itself is quite cluttered with no kind of organization as to where things are located. They mainly serve alcohol here but there's also things like snacks, candy, drinks etc, but don't expect too much. It's open pretty late and is conveniently located on Green St. near Campus so I suppose that would be on the plus side. It's pretty much your typical convenience store on the downgraded end of things, but you'll find what you need.

I was there picking up an amazon package, the guy there must think I'm not as "important" as other customers since I'm not buying anything. Right after I told him him about this, a guy walked in, he let him check out before me even though I'm there first. After the guy leaves, he asked my name, and I gave him my ID card, then another guy walked in, he stopped and served him before me again. Finally, a girl walked in and he is about to do the same, the girl said: " he is here first". But he ignored and asked what she needs again! If pick up a package would take a long time, I would definitely understand this. But how long will pick up a package take? Just because I'm not buying anything? I would never go to this store again. A terrible experience with the store

They have a good selection of beer cases, and they are very close to campus. Doesn't feel too shady either, which surprised me...
