I've only had one bad experience. There was a female sitting behind the counter. She didn't speak, offer to assist me, nothing. I much prefer David! I hope mgmt can read this because he's brought so much life into the store! He is such a pleasure and his customer service is outstanding! I'm now a regular customer!”
