“The place is stacked with everything, easily organized. I feel kinda stupid having been to get things on Amazon when we have this.Also Home Depot and Lowes, maybe good for home construction supply, but random staff. Big box takes anyone. These guys seem to take people who know "stuff"ACE people know what's there. You can have "a guy" here that will help you out. Even if it means sending you online.Both Champaign locations are fantastic.”

“It feels like Target of the tools and home improvement shops. It looks so nice in here, especially in the Christmas season.I haven't been to all sections, but the plumbing seems to be small for me. I can't find the connection that I usually buy at Home Depot.It does have other things that others do not carry.”

“I have been to Home Depot a few times over the years to assist my folks with some things. First time was Black Friday shopping. My parents needed a ladder. Surprise, surprise- I ended up finding something for myself. There were some very nice leggings on sale- I picked up some for me and my mom. Home Depot actually has some nice Black Friday deals- not a place that I really thought about going to on BF. Passing by there this year, it was pretty busy. Most recently, I went with mom to get some light bulbs for a candelabra lamp and replace faucet. There happened to be two staff members in the bulb section when we arrived and they were a great help. Faucet section had a huge selection at various price points. Hope the one we picked out worked!”

“This review is for Cassidy in the indoor plant department - a true asset to this department and a wealth of knowledge! Today, I had an unplanned trip to the plant department in search for some new plants for my apartment. I wasn't sure where to even start. You see, when plants enter my home the mortality rate becomes extremely high. I had given up faith almost, but today Cassidy restored my faith in raising plants past a 30-180 day survival mark. Cassidy saw me wandering around lost in the indoor section and asked if she could assist me with anything. I explained the situation. I kill plants; I love plants, and I needed something that would survive in my low-light apartment. For 20 minutes she educated me on different types of plants, different planters and what works best, different soils and how to mix them, how to know when to water certain ones and when not to water them, proper drainage, treating certain bugs, and she helped me pick out some plants that would be a perfect fit for me! I left with 2x as many plants as expected. She taught me more in 20 minutes than I could have ever learned searching on the Internet all day long. If I had a question, she had an answer. Cassidy made me feel as if I should visit the indoor plant section more often and I hope to see her again!”

Recently I bought a hose in the fall. I opened it in the spring and realized it came defective. Went to return it without a receipt so they pulled up the purchase info from my card membership and found it, so i exchanged it for a new one. They were very helpful and understanding. It’s an overall great store”
