Pleasant and helpful customer service! I made an online "reservation" to rent a parking space but had some questions about the space before moving forward with the contract. Within a few minutes after making the online reservation I received a call from Kyle at Extra Space Storage who was thoughtfully confirming I was interested in the car space (as opposed to an enclosed storage unit - probably a common error from consumers). He pleasantly responded to all of my questions. I then attempted to proceed with the online registration that was sent through email from the third party online reservation service but the link with the reservation code was glitching. The third party reservation service representative was of little assistance in resolving the issue, so I called Kyle back. He assisted me by taking all of my information over the phone. I ended up talking on the phone with Kyle four separate times during my process. Each time he was pleasant, patient, and helpful. Throughout these conversations I formed the impression that my son's car would be in good hands.

Rex is the best. I was going through something very tragic and almost lost my storage. Rex did everything in his will power so I didn’t lose my valuables. Thank you ashes can’t be replaced and he stuck by my side so I didn’t lose it. Thanks for everything.

Extra Space Storage on Market Street in Champaign Illinois has excellent customer service the representatives are always kind patient and understanding I truly enjoy the customer service whenever I enter this establishment keep up the good work he deserves it
