This place is wonderful! They went above and beyond in customer care service with myself and my car after a deer hit it. I would definitely use this place again if I had to. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs a body shop for your vehicle.

They do excellent, excellent work. Customer servicre is also very good. The final finished product looks better than brand new, but be prepared. They are, very expensive.

The Fifth Dimension team did some work on my Ram pickup in May of 2024 and to say that they went above and beyond is an understatement. From estimate to finish they were kind, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. They are detail-oriented and the quality of their work reflects that. The Fifth Dimension team is the only autobody shop that I will allow to work on my trucks in the future. If you are looking for someone to get you back on the road safely with a vehicle looking better than the day you bought it, this is the place to go!

If I could give Fifth Dimension 10 stars, I would! I had some pretty delicate circumstances and Kelly (the manager) went way above and beyond to get my car repaired. And, they got it done very quickly. All staff was cordial, helpful and made me feel like I was family! The repair was perfect and they even detailed my car upon completion.

Took my car in and the guys looked over my car. The next day I had an estimate. We immediately scheduled a day and time for the repairs. I dropped my car off and a week later it was done. I went to pick up my car and it looked like a brand new vehicle. By the way the estimate given was the actual price. Also the staff working in the office were nice, courteous and helpful with answering my questions. This place is top notch and I highly recommend it.

Great experience through the entire process from scheduling and getting an estimate to picking up a clean perfectly repaired vehicle. I highly recommend Fifth Dimension. The staff was helpful and the repair made the car look like the accident never happened!

Excellent - started working on the car the day it was scheduled.
Had some difficulty in getting a couple of parts, but they searched
and only had a one day delay. Gave us a free driver car for that one day. Car was clean and all "buffed out"when we picked up.
