Was told by the company shipping, delivery would require a signature so I put a vacation hold for Wednesday-Thursday, and made plans to be home for Friday. Package was at my local FedEx as of Wednesday but isn’t being delivered until Monday of next week even though hold ended Thursday. Asked to just pick up in person on Friday and was told I would have to wait until Monday to pick up.

Wanted to send a shout out to Kyle at the FedEx location at 4105 Fieldstone Rd. in Champaign Illinois. Wow what customer service!! He made sure I got my package and he even brought it and put it in my car.

I just moves to normal in January and i have had nothing but problems out of the delivery service. I can track it on the app and be at home by the door and somehow still not get my package, or even a sticky note. And when i call customer service they’re no help either. Just as bad if u ask me.Seriously jus shut the whole place down! I hope whoever is delivering in my area breaks both of their big toes. You all make me sick!

Packages either get lost or damaged. My recent problem though was they delivered a package to the wrong address and also said somebody signed for it and I don't know I think the name was fake. It also could have been the driver keeping the package himself because it was obvious there was medication inside

FedEx Ground in Champaign, Illinois has had my package for 2 days and it did not move!!! I needed it for the promised delivery day for business!!! Very disappointed Champaign, Il did not move my package but just let it set in their truck!!! Don't ship through Champaign, Il if you want fast deliveries as indicated by Ebay or any other shipper!!! 501049 license plate number doing 90mph pretty ridiculous when I have my children and he comes out of know where and almost took me out! Lucky i couldn't catch him cause he would have been sorry!

Our shipment has been sitting at their hub for 2 days! We were told yesterday that our packages would be delivered today. I stayed home from work, so that I could make sure that no one stole our packages. All day today, the tracker said that our packages were out for delivery. All day FedEx stated that we will receive them by the end of business. Guess what? They cancelled our delivery! They are allegedly going to deliver them tomorrow. I can't stay home, AGAIN, on the suspicion that they will deliver the packages. They didn't deliver them today, like they said they would. This is the second time this FedEx hub has done this to me! They did this on another time. Plus, there was the package that they delivered to the wrong house! That neighbor ended up stealing (keeping) the package, and the replacement is on backorder, and may now not get here in time for Christmas. I guess that is what you would call 3 strikes!!! I WILL NOT BE USING FEDEX FOR ANY OF MY PERSONAL PACKAGES AND I WILL STOP USING VENDORS WHO USE THEM TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES. All done dealing with ineptness.

If you have anything come through this location you might as well write it off. It’s either going to disappear entirely into this black hole or be days/weeks late. I ship plenty of items personal and professionally and this is by far the worst warehouse anything could end up in or pass through. Honestly who ever is senior management at this facility should be removed for the good of the company

THE WORST FEDEX! Everything that comes through this place is lost or delayed, clearly there is something in the water over in champaign ? Can not trust the workers there, and everyone who answers claims to be "the manager". There are so many complaints but Noone cares enough to fire the dimwits.
