Very poor service. Staff has no control. The bathroom sink is cracked. Room smells musty. I will never stay here again. Avoid at all cost.

First the pros: Good price, excellent, helpful staff. Nice, Free breakfast with eggs and bacon, etc. Snacks and coffee set out 24 hours. Nice filtered water in the Fitness room to refill your bottle.The cons: water temperature irregular sometimes going to cool and then back to too hot. Hotel in need of refurbishment, which is coming shortly I’m told.

Older hotel that smells and wasn't in the great condition I wouldn't stay here again. And I had to ask them to clean my room I just changed the sheets myself bring lysol and air freshner if you stay. Only good thing is the staff and popcorn.

I was disappointed to learn that they do not have EV chargers onsite despite it being listed as an amenity on Expedia.

Sleeping man in the hallway at 4:30 in the morning. Old, musty hotel. Needs a major facelift. Questionable white stains on the bed skirts. Lobby and window sills in eating area not clean. Dead bugs in the lobby area. There are many other better choices in the area. This hotel may be cheaper, but there's definitely a reason for that! Desk clerks not representing the Marriot brand well or at all. Shower slow to drain. Avoid this place!

There's good and bad at this hotel. It's in a very convenient location, but since they share a parking lot with the courtyard, parking is very limited.The people who work the desk are helpful and well trained. This hotel is absolutely showing its age. When you find online refuse sites that listed with the same approval as a Wyndham hotel, or a red roof inn... It's definitely showing it's age. I just checked in and they have no running water. They informed me of that at the desk and told me that it should be on by 8 PM. They cannot help that situation. It is what it is. No water means no drinking water, no toilets, no showers and, if it's not on in the morning, will mean no breakfast. I'm not worried about that. My concern is that they replaced the roof. A guy just came in with two nails. I walked out into the lot and found four more nails. They should have that cleaned up. I threw what I found into the dumpster.

The bathroom in my room (103) is in desperate need of a remodel. Rest of room was nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly. No issues with shower--got plenty of hot water quickly. The maid apparently left some kind of Cleaning residue on the bathroom vanity--it was gritty and somewhat oily. Had to wipe off a clean area for my stuff. I told the front desk about it when I checked out the next morning, and they did apologize. Breakfast was just average at best. Check in and check out was fast and easy. I did not get charged for parking (not sure why).Rooms: Bathroom desperately needed a remodel.Food & drinks: Average at best

Check-in staff was awesome but the other Front desk manager needs remedial training in customer service. When I said to her during breakfast that coffee was not that hot, both she and her employee made a face. They did swap out the coffee dispenser but made their displeasure abundantly known. I let it go and didn’t say anything. During check out, the same manager and the other employee happened to be there. I tried to give them honest feedback and instead of acknowledging or thanking me, both were argumentative. The manager kept giving more and more excuses when all that was needed was a simple acknowledgment. Hope someone at Marriott Bonvoy is reading this.As a reference, I’m Marriott Titanium and as a frequent traveler I tend to be fairly tolerant and understanding.

Broken tiles in the bathroom. Key cards that sometimes work for side doors. Below average breakfast. AC that gradually stops cooling. And a $3 parking fee in an area where you can easily park passenger aircraft. I usually avoid negative reviews, but this was disappointing. I'll take clean and simple over badly maintained any time.

I have never left a review like this on a hotel, but this is the worst experience I have ever had. Our room (205) had a horrible strong odor, like old urine/ammonia covered up with horrible cheap air freshener. They had no other rooms and could not move us. I can't sleep and feel nauseous. They offered to spray air freshener and open the window.

No issue at all with Staff. Professional and pleasant. Staff did the best they could by us - given the pitiful bldg/structural conditions. Room had large ants. Frt. Desk Staff advised it is an ongoing issue and pest control visits and svcs. frequently. Minimal hot water available in shower. Hot for a short time then goes ice cold for about as long then slowly repeats- then cold occurs again. Cycle repeats.

Management is very unprofessional. My daughter had a job interview and they didn't even call her to let her know she didn't get the job. They told someone else to let her know....smh.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovations as it's very outdated looking. The elevator is so small that it has a two person limit, not to mention it's absolutely filthy. The cable TV service is always losing signal. Someone's smelly food was left in the refrigerator in my room, apparently housekeeping overlooked it. The breakfast they serve is far less than desirable. The curtains are ripped and absolutely filthy. I find it hilarious that you never know what kind of hotel you'll get with the Marriott. Stayed in a beautiful Marriott in San Diego last week that was mountains above this place. There's so many better options in the area.
