Shannon was very helpful assisting my granddaughter with an outfit for her sorority. The blazer was on the mannequin and her & another employee took it off just for my granddaughter. We certainly appreciate the generosity. We will be returning. Have a wonderful day.

The lady with the strong acsent I believe she's Jamaican is very rude. She should not work in customer service. I asked to speak with the head manager I believe her name is Colette. She handled my situation entirely different. She is so pleasant and can tell she really cares About people genuinely.
