What keeps us coming back are the great prices for both buying and selling, quality and guarantee, and the customer service. One gentleman in particular is very knowledgeable, helpful in guiding kids for appropriate games (recommend Common Sense Media to us!), and answers all my kid's 8 million questions kindly. Honestly, I don't even go anywhere else, even if there are other options.”

“I appreciated that no one tried to upsell me here. Just needed the plastic knut replaced on my guitar, which I play for fun, and that's what I got. I also got it restrung while it was in, and it turned out my fingerboard needed to be glued down. So all that for about $50. I would have preferred to be called before the fingerboard work was done, which didn't happen, so maybe just mention you'd prefer to be contacted for any additional repairs. However, for this work another place in town started at $150, which I'm sure is reasonable for professional players, but it wasn't for me. Anyway, I was happy with the repair and service I received.”

The guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. He completed the Sims csrd switch, moved us from Vetizon to T-Mobile and even helped with an unrelated problem with an App. I strongly recommend them”

I think I only waited 30-45 mins, brand new affordable tires, fast, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, great customer service.”
