I have always been treated with the utmost respect. These guys are professionals. Always helpful and go above and beyond with their customers. Not everyone can buy from there since they are a wholesale only company. Sad that someone would write a poor review and lie to the public about it.

Always very helpful. I have never experienced bad service or heard anything racist from these guys. They are always willing to help. Extremely professional.Some people get angry because they are wholesale only and write bad reviews!

Terrible Custumer service! Jeff Jones was very rude and didn't offer any help on finding parts for me. Instead he laughed when I asked a simple question. The other guy was shouting racist slurs and was very unprofessional!! Buyer beware of Duncan Supply.
