Horrible service, lacking communication, often can't fill a prescription for over a week and do not get any notification. When I call and ask they are unconcerned, rude, Matter of fact like it is an expectation that it doesn't matter . Ridiculous. Store itself is filthy and lacks stock.

I was a regular customer up until today. Today I Lost $40 trying to get cash back, (as a college student this is a lot to me) the manager and staff did nothing and was as unhelpful as possible. I will not be supporting them any longer. Their customer service sucks

One of the best CVS locations I have ever been to. Great customer service and had no problem finding what I needed. The employees Tim and Elijah and another girl from the pharmacy, whose name I can't remember, were super helpful in everything I was looking for and showing me every product they have that would fit my needs, they helped me look for over 20 minutes! Most places like Walmart and most Walgreens employees wouldn't even show you where the product is that you're asking for let alone give you attention for over 20 minutes. this CVS location really has their stuff together and they train their employees really well in terms of customer service and knowing where things are in their store.

I have been coming here for years to get my prescriptions filled. Its always busy, so I understand that the pharmacist's aren't always in good moods, nor do I expect them to be. However, I just had a call with the rudest person on the phone. I called because I tried to refill a prescription via Carle, to which they responded that I already had refills ready at CVS. So I called CVS to see if I had any ready, to which the woman on the phone said, "You would receive a text if we had any ready for you" I explained the situation and she sighed and said, "Well tell me the prescription names, I can't help you if I don't have the names. We are not Carle, I cannot see what Carle says." So I read off the prescription names and she said, "Yes. We have those. They need to be filled. Don't go through Carle to fill them because we have them here." Multiple times I explained that I didn't know that and I apologized. She kept going on about what I should have done vs. what I did and it made me feel stupid. Then she said, "We have those prescriptions. Wow, they are very expensive" And I said, "Oh, really? Did they not go through insurance?" And she said, "You don't have insurance" to which I replied, "Yes.. I do. I have been coming here for years, everything always goes through insurance." Then she sighed again and asked if she could read off the ID number they have for my insurance to confirm.... and so then I confirmed that was my ID number. Then she told me the price it brought it to and I said, "That sounds about right" and then she said, "Good." and hung up on me. I understand having a hard day, I've been there. But the whole conversation left me feeling confused and upset. I just wanted to refill a prescription that I need. I wasn't short with her, I said "please" "thank you" and called her "mam" throughout the entire call. I just can't believe how I was treated. I will continue to go to this pharmacy because it's the one closest to me but I did want to say something about it.

I've seen many bad reviews but I don't get prescriptions there. If you just go there and shop it's decent but be sure to use self checkout if you can to get out easier.

Extremely horrific experience with Alexander Hutchison, the MANAGER. Extremely unprofessional, threatening, rude, and power tripping. He threatened to handcuff my friend and I, and banned us because of some sort of resentment towards us. He chased us all the way to my car, screaming that he will make sure that my friend and I are arrested if we do not leave. We were already leaving his store when he continued to threaten us in front of a big crowd of costumers. My friend and I were doing nothing illegal and even spoke to local police about it. He is a danger to society and should not be allowed to work at CVS with such scary anger issues. My family and friends will make sure to never go back to this CVS as long as he is still employed by CVS. Would NOT recommend to go there unless you want to be yelled at by a 6'4 tall and big man.

I keep getting messages saying i cannot get a refill for 2 or 3 more months on prescriptions I need now. I call my doctors nurses upset only to be told CVS is wrong. 45 minutes wasted. Terrible and unfriendly staff. Ive been with them less than a month and im done. Rude and unorganized.

The worst pharmacy out of the Champaign - Urbana area. I dropped a prescription I got from the emergency room at 6:30 and was told it would take an hour to fill. I left my phone number so they could call when it was ready. Unfortunately, my prescription wasn't ready before 10 PM, when they close. I've suffered from pain all day and was looking forward to some relief from my medication. If you need a prescription urgently, avoid this CVS. I'd also agree with the horrible customer service, it took 15 minutes to be acknowledged when I dropped off my prescription. I'm hoping my prescription will be ready first thing in the morning, but sadly I'm not counting on it with this pharmacy. Only good thing I have to say about the pharmacy is Stephanie S helped me and my friend a few days ago and she was the sweetest person. She really treated us well and made sure the urgent prescriptions were done by the same day!

This is the third time in a row that they've had my prescription on backorder because they CONTINUE to not order enough. This pharmacy actually sucks, is so rude to the customers (they make you feel like you're d*** and wrong) but in reality, they're the ones who keep making mistakes and blaming it on the patient. I would highly suggest going somewhere else to get your prescriptions - they will most likely never been in stock. (this has happened with my birth control too). Especially being a controlled substance, the process to get my prescription sent over to another pharmacy can take days. Don't use this pharmacy they suck

Can't speak for the bad pharm stories since I rarely have used it. But the front desk folks working here - sometimes at the wee hours of the morning - always have been incredibly nice to me. Oftentimes, they will just ask if I need help out of the blue. It's all self-check out in the front (unless you want a human to help you), so it's no fuss. Huge selection, clean and friendly. What's not to like really? It's a CVS.
