Always a pleasant experience with outstanding customer service. Super helpful staff that is more than willing to assist you in finding what you need and making recommendations. They also carry some great product lines that you can't find anywhere else locally.

I drove from Springfield to Champaign just to find a product that they carry. Once at the store, I was treated like their best customer! They answered all my questions, and even took me into the shop to let me see an active example! This was not a huge purchase, but they now have a customer for all my woodworking needs.

Went in for some advice on finishing a furniture project and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient and informative to a relative newbie like myself. I had a great experience and will definitely return. Hard to find service and knowledge like that in this day and age. A must stop if you're into wood working.
