Kabriel in the auto center was a life saver! He was so patient and kind to make sure we were taken care of when dealing with a faulty car battery! Highly recommend the auto center and Kabriel!!!

I'm just losing all patience for their membership tactics. It is annoying enough to have to wait in line just so someone can pretend to review the items I already own, but now I have to get extra hassled at the register too? They're now making people show their driver's license, interrogating your credit cards, and who you may have with you at the store. On my last trip, a manager ended up walking away with both my phone and my driver's license to...I dunno...confirm I wasn't deceptively patronizing their store???I have a business account with Costco, and due to their ridiculous rules I can't checkout and make a business purchase and a separate personal purchase. They're forcing me to make a single purchase. I also can't have an employee go to Costco and make a purchase for the business.Oh, and the one reason that I first joined Costco was for their acclaimed amazing appliance deals and "white glove" installation services. However, I dealt with several of those and they all came with headaches, so I'm not sure what people are raving about.

Costco has made an impact on my life in so many ways. I don't know what my childhood would've been like without it. My family life couldn't have gone as well without the rotisserie chicken. I can't imagine not having a Costco cake for every occasion. Some days, I would just be there for the samples. Costco is more than just a store, Costco is a feeling. The feeling you get when your chicken bake is ready. They say home is where the Costco is.

I was excited when we got a Costco here. I have never been to a worse Costco. The staff is extremely rude, with the exception of one receipt-checker/card-checker, John, who is always pleasant. They have a woman who sells vitamins who shouts so loud (and constantly) from the front of the store that you can hear her in the dairy room all the way at the back, and she stands next to the registers so it's impossible to hear anything else. I've had several employees force their way past me (despite there being plenty of room to simply go around me), more than one of whom had the gall to make a rude comment while doing so. I have regularly had employees silently glare at me while checking out my groceries, despite my attempts to simply be friendly and courteous to them. There's no reason to ever buy produce here, except for incredibly hardy stuff like potatoes and onions. Everything else goes bad before you've had it for 2 days. I don't know what they're doing to cause this, but something isn't right if that's consistently happening. All but the cheapest peanut butter is completely separated upon purchase, and does not remix no matter how much it's stirred. It is essentially peanut cement with a layer of oil on top. They no longer have basically any beer selection, either. When they first opened, there were 2 aisles of beer. You had options. Now there are at most 5 or 6 different beer options at any one time, most of them pretty substandard.I get them checking to make sure you have your card on the way in. It's annoying, but I get it. Now, however, they're not only doing that, they're also checking your membership card AND ID-ing everyone at the register. Not for alcohol purchases, for any purchase. You have to show an ID to check out now, with your arms full of groceries. It's a grocery store, not a nightclub. This is just insulting and demeaning, and was the final straw to get me to not renew my membership. I used to love Costco, but this store is a hostile cesspit now. I will not be renewing my membership.

All kind staff except one person. The receipt checker wearing a skull shirt button down, was really freaking rude and judgmental about the amount of stuff we had. That behavior is very unprofessional and action should be taken. That was not ok. He was making really rude comments on the amount of stuff we had. What a shame. I never want to go there again. I’d give a lesser rating if I could.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I go the employees at the self checkout are so rude and it makes me never wanna go again. They always give us attitude and scan things incorrectly and then blame it on us.

I've always been a loyal customer, spending like 10k each year in Costco. Most of the employees there are very friendly and helpful. However, a short-haired Karen just yelled at us today, saying some membership stuff and not letting us use self-checkout two orders. I know it’s a new policy, and they try to enforce it back. But there is no reason that Karen needs to yell at us. I can’t believe I spent 120 dollars on membership each year just being yelled at. I also had bad experiences with this Karen before, she wasn’t happy with the basic requests. I understand if you have a bad day or something, but it’s not a single incident. Really disappointed. Ruined the whole experience. However, most workers there are very nice. Just not that Karen.

Store is always clean. Employees are helpful. Just wish they coul get corn tortillas and full sized corn dogs instead of the mini corn dogs. Would also like to see more variety in the cases of soda: Like diet orange and diet A&W.

This is my first review ever. My experience with Matt at Costco has been amazing he is very personal, knowledgeable , and patient this is so important to a deaf , old hippy. He has a great product in GAFRA hearing aides but his presentation and testing is top drawer. Matt is your pot of gold treat him well I need the help he provides! Actually I think Matt could be successful at anything involving people.

This is a wholesale club, so there is a membership fee. Great prices on a lot of high quality products. Usually have a great stock and selection. The Kirkland brand is at or above any top name product. Beware that some things you really like might get canceled, or only stocked at other locations. Meat, vegetable, fruit, fish, dairy all high quality and in good supply. Great price on gas, wish they carried diesel. They treat their employees well, and it shows. Fun shopping experience.

My husband and I shopped around for hearing aids. They are very expensive at most places. We checked at Costco and found they were significantly less expensive. After having a hearing test and talking to the hearing specialist, we decided to try them. Our initial thought was, we weren’t out much money if they weren’t good or we didn’t like them. We have had them for 2 weeks and love them. They work with our cellphones and are easily controlled. The specialists were very knowledgeable and helped with any questions.I highly recommend checking them out.

I love Costco. Not real happy today tho. OUT of DIET COKE!! LOL Actually my wife is the DC addict. So I wasn't upset.I did addAsk several employees and even a couple of customers helped me look high and low.A lot of great stuff there. And the Fuel station is always clean and no waiting when I go around 3pm. I do wish they had paper towels, squeegees and soapy water.

Incredible place and staff. Has most of the good stuff in furniture, electronics, and groceries in their warehouse at a substantially lower price. The employees are very courteous and kind. Specifically ERIC (one of the managers) is incredible and has helped me with all my furniture (beds, nightstands, TV stands etc..) from suggesting the best products, and also getting us discounts. Furthermore, he also notifies us personally when great furniture is available at their store. Really wish there are more people like him in every store. Overall, a great place to buy stuff with a team of awesome employees (much better place than Walmart, Target etc..) Highly recommended!

Incredibly racist to Europeans and coloured people.I'm very displeased and put-off by my encounter with two staff working in checkout.I am a college student who recently moved to Champaign due to my elder family owning land here in IL.I entered the store with my father and were greeted kindly, Interested in searching for tables for his in-home office. We only purchased two large items, a chair and a table. On our way to the checkout, a employee ahead of us by the store front, shouted to use that we could not go out through the front door with out paying. I was very confused since I have been to this store before and purchased many items for school. etc. My father and I, noticed this man and both agreed he was acting strange. As we passed the man to checkout with a employee at the scanner, he quickly ran in front of us and told the man to check our IDs and Cards to see if they were valid. My father was very upset and asked the scanning employee "why do listen to him and act like this regular customers"? he replied " That's just the way it is and shrugged" We purchased out items and spoke to a manager, however they seemed with little interest. I'm born in the USA but was raised in Europe and Ireland, so I have a slight Gaelic accent, and appear as a "black" American. Its common to get profiled in America but to this degree in a place I would call home and I'd shop else where.

Love the food court items and the wide variety of food in store. They also sell some of the most comfortable clothes I have.
