I am really surprised at how great the prices are here! I was able to find a few things, and I will be coming back again soon. A lot of the items are new or look new, and the furniture prices are awesome overall!

I sent pictures and made an appointment in advance. I arranged to have my furniture picked up and delivered. I followed them and signed the paperwork. The owner was not present even though I had an email confirming the business was ready for my delivery as scheduled. Later that afternoon the owner called and said she couldn't accept the items after all and I needed to pick the couch and chairs up yet that afternoon. I made emergency arrangements to have them picked up. When the driver got there he was told that they also didn't want the table and he needed to take that as well. This experience cost me extra money, endless phone calls to arrange the pickup. All because the owner changed her mind and wasn't present as promised causing this second pick up. To make it worse she wasn't even nice: she was curt and abrupt. Avoid this business at all cost.

I received exceptional service as a seller to this store. I was in town from TN to settle my mom's estate after she passed, and the staff made this process as easy as a difficult thing can be. They were quick and responsive to my time frame, and guided me through each step - from the initial visit to view the items, to placing them at the store, to sending payment as things sold. I do not live close enough to be a buyer, but would certainly become a shopper here if I were in the area. Highly recommend this business.

I was and still am very happy with my experience at Classic Home Consignment. I recently moved out of the Champaign-Urbana area and Mary made everything super easy for me. Classic Home Consignment is helpful when you are a seller and I would recommend them to anyone. I just wish I had shopped here and supported them while I lived in the area. Great store and service!
