“This review is for the ATM services only. Seems that each time I visit this location and need to use the ATM the interior or exterior ATM isn't working. Just call it bad luck, I suppose. Can't speak to the customer service inside the PNC, as we pretty much do all of our banking online these days. Great location at the corner of Kirby & Mattis. Be careful in the parking lot.”
“The bad reviews on here kind of scary. I have never had a problem with this heartland Bank. I like it cuz when my debit card is set to expire I can go to their office and get one immediately instead of through the mail and keep my original pin. I open my account with them and been with them since 2009. One winter my car wouldn't start and somebody from the office even helped me.”
