When we bought a condo in Urbana, IL, we had to search for a good insurance company. The loan officer/broker gave me some few names. Chris with State Farm was the most efficient by sending me a quote so quickly and I was able to understand the coverage by having him walking through the quote. I was with State Farm and kept on with State Farm until I sold the condo on May, 2024. Very good experience with them. Thank you so much.

Chris Booth has been my State Farm agent since I was a Junior in Undergrad at U of I. When I first brought my vehicle to school with me, I got a bunch of online quotes for coverage. I originally started a policy with Progressive, but less than an hour after I started that policy I received a call from Chris. He talked me through what coverages they could offer which turned out to be above the minimum required and was actually less expensive for me with a Student discount. I made the switch to State Farm and 7 years later I’m still as happy as I was the day I switched. Chris is a nice guy and hires the best people to join his team. They’re always pleasant to talk to and willing to help. And they always answer the phone! (Hard to say that about some businesses) If you have the opportunity to work with Chris to handle your insurance needs, I promise it’ll be one of the best decisions you could’ve made.

I was previously with another carrier. As you are all aware, rates are rising and everyone needs to watch their budget.
I reached out for quotes and almost immediatelyreceived a call from Chris Booth State Farm agency in Champaign. The quote was significantly less so I switched to State Farm. Since signing on with this agency, I have received excellent service. I look forward to working with this agency in the future.

The entire team is fantastic at Chris Booth’s office. They are always friendly and helpful and honestly try to meet your specific needs and budget. We live in a different town and come to Champaign to use their office. Austin helped me today and was amazing!
