Had a great experience recently. The staff were patient and very helpful when navigating bank-to-bank transfers. The assistant manager was very kind and went above and beyond to help me with my account.

They don't talk 1st time loans how to go about it and save you're gas they make you apply for a loan through the app. No stars and people wake up these guy's making you putting everything through an app is letting hackers get you're info quick

Muhammed was fantastic! Chase as a whole tho? Chase banking is not that small town banking that I love. But it is nice when you need large banking needs, ie: large loans, large transactions and more. They have all the institutional connections required for those larger monetary needs you may require for business or personal circumstances. I don't love it, but when needed, they are there.

I hate chase bank so much. I am the treasurer for a nonprofit and whenever we authorize debits or write checks to pay our bills, they decline due to fraud alerts. I have tried to call in advance to let them know a check was written, they said they can't do anything with that. I have asked for alerts to be sent. They say they can't send alerts, but won't say why. I have called and emailed many, many times and they just say they can't help. We are in the process of finding a new bank.

Always great customer service! If you need to meet with a banker, you can schedule an appointment online, which is very convenient. I always meet with Mohammed because he shows genuine care and interest in customers.

Worst bank ever. Terrible customer service. Seized $1798 of my funds for no reason - maybe to pay their executive's bonuses. Have dealt with this over a year and they will not say why they took my funds. Am filing a federal complaint as they have been supplied with ALL requested paperwork but still holding the funds since Nov 2021

Never go here. Horrific service. I scheduled an appointment to have my child set up an account, and when I arrived, I was told the person who we were scheduled to meet was not even in today even though my email/text confirmations about the meeting had the employee's name on the meeting details. Worse! The guy made me feel bad about it.When I finally did sit with a banker (white female, short blonde hair), she was awful: unprofessional and terribly uninformed about creating a child account. She grabbed my phone and scrolled through my text messages! She also looked at my account balances in checking, savings, and credit, and get this!! SHE STILL COULD NOT ASSIST ME. She had no idea what she was doing, and we left without creating an account. I felt violated that she scrolled through my device without permission ultimately for no reason because she still could not explain how to create the account. Honestly, it was a blessing in disguise because clearly, there are better banks than Chase if this is what a SCHEDULED appointment is like at the Springfield/Mattis Chase location. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They are idiots.

My card was stolen and I reported it immediately. I had a hassle getting the resolutions they offered me and had multiple issues with the money regarding the claim. After stressing me out on my trip and reopening my claim, they say that whoever stole my card entered my pin so "I must have given it to them" and asked me if I filed a police report AFTER THEIR EMPLOYEE TOLD ME NOT TO because it "wouldn't affect the status of my claim with the bank even with a police report".When I asked to speak with a supervisor regarding obtaining the recording of their associate telling me to do something that lost me $150 of my own money, he got an attitude with me and told me that the manager would tell me the same thing regarding my claim, put me on hold and HUNG UP ON ME.I'm switching banks as quickly as possible if this is how you treat the people who do business with you. To be told by one of your employees to do something that negatively affects MY money is YOUR responsibility.

This location doesn’t actually have a drive-thru with bank tellers, drive-thru ATM only. How inconvenient. And was charged a fee for a cashiers check when I spoke to someone else at another branch that this fee was waived due to the pandemic.

I was working In Champaign alot last year and had to use this bank. I have been banking with Chase bank for a long minute and I have never had a good experience at any Chase bank. Including the ones where I live now. So I withdrew all my money from chase and put into other banks like Capitol One (which gives you real interest btw).So at this bank I had to have a notary. My black friend walked in before me (wearing sweats) and he stood there and no one helped him. I walked in a (white woman) well dressed along with an older white gentleman well dressed and the employees jumped out of their seats to help us. I kid you not. They left my friend standing there and did not ask him if he needed help. And that hurt his feelings and mine. That's why you shouldn't bank at a corporate bank who doesn't value its customers.

The drive up doesn’t open until 9:00 am. I find this super inconvenient. Most banks offer drive up earlier than the lobby hours.
