I needed a bike tune-up after the summer months. I brought my bike into the shop and the employee was helpful in oiling my bike chain and setting up an appointment to turn my bike in for a full tune-up in a week. I also like the fact that on the day of the appointment, I will be able to get my bike back on that same day.
Overall friendly service and lots of bike accessories in the shop.

They were able to complete significant fixes to my damaged mountain bike on the same day. Their service technician was fantastic. High recommended.

Great service! Called several other shops about my repair needs and Trek Bicycle champaign was the only shop that would touch a ebike wheel that needed a spoke adjustment. The others shops wouldn't even consider it because it was off of a ebike but not Trek. They trued up my tire and motor work fine afterwords. Only issue was time it took to complete the repair 3 weeks. Probably has something to do with the help wanted sign on the door. Overall I'm happy with the service.

Ryan was extremely helpful fitting my husband and I on our new bicycles. I have never had a decent bike and was not much of a cyclist, but I have put 25 miles on my new Trek in the last 5 days! Ryan even delivered our bikes to our house on the same day, great service and will be back!

We needed some odds and ends for some used bikes we bought. The staff were super helpful, and helped with quick fittings on the new to us bikes. Really fun to talk with them about bikes.

This is a great store! The employees are truly great people to work with. They listen very carefully and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need or want. I drove over 150 miles each way to buy my bike because the shop 10 miles away didn't want to sell me what I wanted or be bothered to order it. Ryan and Trace especially are top notch people who do a great job listening and helping out! I would make the drive again to purchase another bike!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of bikes for riders of all ages. Appreciated the time spent with my son and I when picking out his bike. They were very thorough and allowed him all the time he needed to test a few bikes out to make sure the fit and style was right for him. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality bike from a local shop you can trust.
