I got an inspection on my car and they saw two oil leaks. They replaced the timing cover and sealed the front crankshaft. Well, less than 16,000 miles later and both are leaking. Again. (I had paid 1,050 to fix them the first time!!) I went into a different shop this time and the new shop also pointed out the timing cover wasn't even new at the time of purchase, yet I was charged for a new one. ? I feel like I trusted this place too much.

I've taken my jeep here for service for years and it was always great. Unfortunately when I last got my brakes done I was told the struts were bad and making some noise and to come back when the noise is louder. I had another shop quote the struts and they discovered after the brakes were replaced that a bolt was loose and one was missing. It was not the struts making noise, but my axel boot being blown and the tire was about to fall off. Their mistake is costing me thousands of dollars, but luckily my car didn't fall apart when traveling.

Took my Jeep in for an oil change. That was all fine and good, except for the tech forgetting to reset the oil-change notification... Again. Also, they marked my brakes as "marginal," which is completely ridiculous since I just did pads and rotors myself on all four corners. When I pointed out the basically-new brakes, the tech said it was probably just miscalibrated measuring tools...

I ran into a problem with my company vehicle Jeep on a work trip, I was three hours away from home. I knew I would not get same day service, but I stopped in first thing at 7:30A.M. to talk to someone from service. I am not sure of the name of the gentleman I spoke to, but he quickly gave me a diagnosis, assured me it was safe to travel home and recommended I take it to my local dealership when I got home. I made it back home safely. They could have easily dismissed me, an out-of-towner who was not on their schedule, but they didn't. Thank You!
