“We visited the Advanced Auto Parts, at this location. I was concerned about entering the store at 8:00 p.m., to have our car battery tested...when the store's closing time was 9:00 p.m. My concerns were quickly banished when the Store Manager, greeted us and checked the battery without hesitation! We were in awe of Justine's knowledge and handling of the test equipment. Her explanation and diagnosis of our car battery's condition was much appreciated.

“If you’re looking for a miracle, here’s your place. Charlie and the guys really saved my life this summer, by repairing my car. I was quoted 6-10k through my insurance and other repair shops throughout the CU area, many not accepting credit card as a form of payment. Not only do they accept major credit cards with little to know percentage fee, they also charged a little over a third of what I was being quoted prior to. Even with a mishap in pieces and inflation, Charlie stayed true to his quote and diligently worked to seamlessly repair my vehicle. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend these guys, they were extremely personable and professional. & I truly appreciate their services.”

“Took my Jeep in for an oil change. That was all fine and good, except for the tech forgetting to reset the oil-change notification... Again. Also, they marked my brakes as "marginal," which is completely ridiculous since I just did pads and rotors myself on all four corners. When I pointed out the basically-new brakes, the tech said it was probably just miscalibrated measuring tools...”
“My key was cracked and the chip was lost at the dealership, I talked to the service representative that I was working with, he asked me to bring my other key in in order to work on my explorer, which I did, found out when I took the vehicle for a oil change, found out he no longer work there, never got a key made, I was told it would cost me around three hundred dollars”

“I went to this location to start looking at used vehicles because my 2012 Jeep liberty was dying.I was met by Ian can't remember his last name. Who showed me a 2015 Kia Sorento. Also met Dean the sales manager, They did a fantastic job in working with me to make sure that I could afford the Sorento and they worked with the bank over the phone while I was there. They did a fantastic job and I am very happy with them, with that being said they allowed me to take the vehicle to Midas In Champaign for a pre-sale inspection which it passed with flying colors the only thing that my friend at Midas said that it needed was a new tires which they did do for me they even put some on comparable to what I had requested for mileage. I proceeded to run a Vin check and to see if there were any recalls done on this vehicle. To my surprise there was a break issue that needed to be done I promptly called Kia headquarters and ask them if the recall had been done on this vehicle. They told me no.I contacted Dean immediately about this and made arrangements for the vehicle to be taken to the Napleton's Kia dealership where the recall work was supposed to have been done as part of their pre-sale inspection.I asked Dean how could Napleton's missed this on a pre-sale inspection he had no idea however he was going to contact them and tell them that they were bringing my vehicle back for a recall that should've been fixed before I picked it up.While I did have it for about two weeks and it also developed an oil leak that wasn't seen by my friends at Midas, Dean told me that the oil leak fixed and the recall would be complete at no cost to me. I now have my vehicle returned to me and I will see tomorrow if it is in perfect working condition it is at the dealership waiting for me to pick up tomorrow morning.I do appreciate the fact that both Dean and Ian worked very diligently with me to get me into a vehicle that I could afford so quickly. And that they allowed me to pick it up on the day that I saw it and that they post pound the pre-sale inspection and instead changed it to a post sale inspection.Both Dean and Ian even worked with me to make sure that I got the high mileage tires that I need for this vehicle. When I explained to both of them that I do a lot of driving approximately 100 miles per day they had no problems with paying the extra money for the higher mileage tires for me.”
