Wonderful experience overall from the first phone call in through the appointment to check out. I could feel the professionalism and kindness in the team and providers. The office is clean and smells wonderful. The provider we saw was confident and kind. Their use of technology and patient communication is appreciated and effective! Highly recommend! Thank you all for taking such great care of my Saint Bernard baby!

First time coming here today with my dog Molly and I was extremely impressed with the staff and the vet. They were very considerate of her needs, were thorough, and gave me options regarding her allergies that were not available at her previous vet. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who has a pet who suffers from allergies.

Everyone at Animal Hospital at the Crossing is so kind and attentive. I feel like I always come in with a million questions, but the vets and vet assistants are always so patient and explain things to me in a way that I can understand. They always take such great care of my cat and never brush off my concerns. You can tell they really care about animals and even though my cat is a bit nervous they're always so caring.

I had to take my old car in for surgery. The vets where very nice and understanding, and very much loved on my very talkative boy! What added to it was the day after his surgery they called to make sure everything was going good and assure me how he was acting was normal. I will defiantly recommend this place

I brought my dog here after I received a grave diagnosis at the U of I Vet Med, and was unable to afford the surgery ($10k) at Vet Med. I called here in the morning, and they were able to take me immediately. Everyone was incredibly kind and compassionate, and were so understanding of the situation I was in. My dog came home after a successful surgery, and I couldn't be more grateful. While my anxiety was completely out of hand, the staff were incredibly informative and empathetic, and probably the best veterinarian experience I've had in Champaign-Urbana. The surgery also ended up costing slightly less than what the clinic quoted me, I paid under $800 in the end.

Dr. Cappa is great with my cats, knows them by name and always provides excellent care for them. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, and we've had nothing but positive experiences there!

I recently took my two cats to Animal Hospital at the Crossing and found it to be a good experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the vet and vet tech were thoughtful and kind.

Very clean and nice facility. Staff is very caring. Been bringing my dogs there for years. Very empathetic when we had to put our last dog down. All vets are expensive so really can’t comment on the prices or make comparisons.

Dr Cappa and his crew are the absolute best! We were referred from our veterinarian for a bladder scan. They were so gentle and kind to my old dog, and even helped get her back into the car safely (she's a big girl!). Cannot recommend them enough!
