I had great service till I had to sit with lady, who finished off my appointment, She was nice passive aggressive, didn't explain anything I had to keep asking questions to get her to explain, basically wanted me to look at my paperwork to get the answers I needed. Other than that good service.

I came in to get a contacts course and miesha(sorry if i spelled her name wrong) helped me and was SO patient with me even though it took me forever to get 😭 totally recommend!

Had the best experience with Iggy today at the Champaign location. I came in from out of town and had to get replacement contacts immediately and she got me in and out with no issues or delays. Would go back without a doubt!
